The staffs are very nice, the breakfast is alright. The problem is the musty smell in the hallway to the room and in the room, the bathroom is small and missing the shower door.

I had to leave another hotel to come to this hotel Because the Internet at the previous Hotel was horrible but this place it was excellent and the staff was so nice and for the price with a free breakfast buffet it was well worth the place to stay

Excellent Value for Money.
Central location. Hotel a bit tired, but pleasant enough and good value for money. No porter assistance offered and steep steps to enter the hotel. Good views of the city (including partial view of Dragon Bridge) from the roof top pool

Excellent manager and 5* service
Excellent personalised service with welcome board when entering room. Management was brilliant and so was breakfast staff. They took extra care of us with our halal dietary needs addressed. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Manager went above and beyond for us.

I stayed in the penthouse apartment for 5 weeks and it was just as nice as my luxury apartment in DaNang. The staff was the most helpful and friendly I have ever experienced. For a small hotel the breakfast was way better than expected and I ate there everyday. When the owner found out I needed potassium every day she had bananas and apples sent to my room and brought welcome flowers as well. This 3 star hotel was very much a 5 star hotel for me 👍

Friendly, caring, welcoming staff. Delicious breakfast. I like the dark pink sticky rice with black beans and shredded coconut. Sometimes they had the sticky corn with shredded coconut, chicken noodle, glass noodle with chicken, and the famous beef noodle pho. Stir-fried mixed vegetables with fried tofu was yummy too. I also like the rolled rice sheets with pieces of fried fish paste. They upgraded my room without my request and without additional cost. That was amazing! The pillows, bed, sheets, towels, and the bathroom were all clean and comfortable. Shower water temperature, airconditioning were all working normally. The roof-top swimming pool was clean with comfortable water temp, but small pool. What I especially like was that the room was quiet because I'm a light sleeper.

We stayed here over Tet and had a pleasant stay. The staff was really friendly and helpful, and the free breakfast was lovely. Highly recommend the noodles. The room was very spacious with nice views. Great rooftop pool as well. Nice location easily accesible to the river and beyond.

Great stay!!
Absolutely loved our stay, it was only one night but the hotel was clean modern and comfortable. The rooftop pool was good but sadly too cold weather for us to use. The staff were super friendly and helpful would definitely stay again.

We only stayed one night here but it was one of our best hotel experiences in Vietnam. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was really clean and very quiet! The bed was super comfortable and we got 4 pillows! (Rare on our travel so far) there was an awesome rooftop pool that was great for an evening swim, and you could see the Dragon Bridge from the roof as well! The breakfast was fantastic, it felt like a 3 course meal! Highly recommend!

Comfortable hotel with great service.
I had a great stay at Central. The bed was comfortable and the staff are very nice. Lan, the hotel manager is amazing. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Also, the hotel is very close to many delicious restaurants.

Cheap & cheerful!
Cheap and cheerful in centre of Dalang. Ok for a night or 2 as a base but next time will stay beachfront as much nicer and more bars restaurants etc.. Very friendly people running hotel - only paid £25 a night so can’t expect too much.

This place has awful service. The bell boy is no where to be found when we were checking out. The breakfast was a good spread but the staff will not clear the plates and just allows it to pile. They will clear it once you are done. I believe the hotel staff needs more more training.

Staff service was so grate and food was good too! My husband and I really enjoyed their food in the morning. 음식 맛있고, 매일 조금씩 다르게 나와서 좋았어요. 다들 깔끔하게, 해주십니다. 기대 이상. I loved their service but the air condition at room, also the hall way doesnt really good. In the room, the air condition doesnt really cool down under 21... so it was hot. I asked staff to borrow a fan, so I can survived. :) and in the hall way... they don't have a air condition and only very small windows. So, it feels like it is hotter than outside!

All receptions are so friendly n helpful, some facilities in room are so old , should change such as the refresher made a noisy, the breakfast should keep the food hot even warm, the massager Of spa centre is good and they can improve their service more after the spa to their customers who may need to take a shower and shampoo, the price of spa is reasonable after the discount, Overall are ok of that hotel if you don’t want to pay for expensive rate during your vacation especially you go out to sightseeing very often , that can be one of your choice.

A wonderful experience. The hotel has a consistent breakfast and curtious staff. Not a lot of extra frills at the hotel itself but that wasn't what we were looking for so it was a perfect fit.

Pictures can be deceiving.
The staff is friendly and helpful but the rooms are small and not well thought out. There is a desk with a electric kettle but no electric outlet to plug it in. There is also no electrical outlet for a laptop on the desk which makes it cumbersome to use as the only other outlets are beneath the TV, where there is only a small shelf space and at the bedside table, who is too low to use the laptop comfortably. The safe in the room was locked when we checked in, I had it reset and used it, but on the last time the combination changed without warning and I could not open it anymore and had to call the front desk to have it opened. The swimming pool and rooms looked big on the photos of the website but the swimming pool has only an overall length of about 8-10 m and the water temperature is over 30 degrees with the small volume contained.
