"Amazing property, very good for Family stay cation... Al Baha Restaurant food is excellent Executive Chef Mr. Faraz is very nice. Overall enjoyed a lot."
"We upgraded on reaching the resort to the Mirage Bab Al Bahr Beach Hotel, as the Bungalow was on first floor with steps which my mother could not walk due to Arthritis issues.
Thus the reviews and stars are for the Hotel, and it was an amazing short vacation for my family. Especially, my son liked the temperate-controlled swimming pool and enjoyed it a lot."

"Issues we have face as of a family of ( 1 baby and a toddler):
1. EXCELLENT hotel for a gateway with the family.
2. Service is very bad ( in room dining and cleaning(
3. You can smell the sewage odor in the bathroom
4. Our room didnt have a carpet, and after a fight and arguments they have transferred us the next day into another room with no carpet again :).
5. Receptionists to the management have a zero experience in how to organise heavy crowd during eid.
6. Ayo and most of rhe valet personnel were helpful only.

"It is a basic and reasonably priced hotel compared to nearby resort options. It is stated as 3.5 stars but I would have guessed 2.5. Check-in process was slow as they could not find the reservation. Receptionists are not rude but lacked any sense of customer service. Room is large with furnitures that feels a bit old and worn. Bed was large and had nice and fresh bedlinen. If your room is towards the street you will need earplugs.
My suggestion for improvement includes looking the customer in the eyes and greet them as they approach the desk. It is a free and goes a long way to start a mutually friendly conversation. If there is any investment available to the property, consider sound proofing the windows towards the street. In the meantime, consider adding earplugs among the amenities."

"Stay was amazing.
The only issue was with the cleanliness of the swimming pool which was dirty and slippery, also it was smelly. This might be due to the huge crowd
But the Hotel should be equipped to manage it."
