We had a great week in Daytona. Couldn’t have asked for more, well stocked with everything you need, really comfortable and spacious, pool a real treat. We used the bus to get around to save driving some of the time, and walked to beach, and supermarket etc. would def recommend staying to friends and family.

Everything about this house is awesome!! It was way beyond our expectations, it is stocked with everything you could think of. We had a lot of rain that week and the granddaughters (7 & 10) and the adults were able to enjoy the game room! And watch the storms from the sunroom. The communication with the owners was great!! This was hands down a great place to stay!! We will definitely remember this house for future trips!! Thanks Brian & Barb!! Stulz/Kidwell families 😃😃

Great place to go for a family!
Had a great time at this house! Barb was with us every step of the way responding to questions in minutes. The house was spotless. Stayed in quite a few beach houses on here that had bug problems. Used to live at a beach- it’s almost impossible to not have at least a few. I DIDNT SEE A SINGLE BUG THE WHOLE TIME WE WERE THERE IN THE HOUSE! That alone to me is worth every penny! The house is not run down at all- everything is comfortable from the furniture to the beds. The kitchen is well stocked and made lunches easy. There are floats and comfortable chairs for the pool. It’s in a good convenient spot- we skipped the beach a few days and just stayed in the backyard pool with the kids. They had two roll away cots and the kids and the grandma actually just ended up sleeping in the living room the whole time. Two bathrooms were plenty for us 6. Hot water was not an issue. The washer and drier worked well. The garage has a screen on it so you can open the door and get some sun/breeze when playing in the game room. The beach is 2-3 blocks away. Went to the speedway and it was 15 minutes. Dinner was the same or less time wherever you go. No long list of demands such as cleaning windows or scrubbing fridge on checkout. Didn’t feel like my credit card was being held hostage. Thank you so much Brian and Barb. Great vacation.

Perfect family getaway
Barb and Brian were incredibly responsive, answering my questions quickly, and their house is simply fantastic. It’s the perfect house that has everything! Whether a day at the beach or a day at Disney, we felt at home and had everything we needed for a full 6 day stay. 10/10 !!

I've never stayed in a better located, better quality ir better equipped vocational rental than this home. Simple check in, great price for all the upgrades and ammenities...I highly recommend this rental and would love to stay here again.

just what we hoped it would be
It’s just the right size for a family; with lots of shade and of course the pool was very nice. Near perfect location too just a few minutes walk to the ocean, and Publix and our 2 favorite restaurants were also within easy walking distance (Genovese’s and The Cracked Egg). We also loved the games and the inflatable pool floats. About the only glitch was the TV, which didn’t work from day one. Fortunately TV watching was pretty low on our priorities so that wasn’t a big problem.

Fun Girls Weekend Spot
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cute beach home. It was an easy walk to the beach. The home is more than well stocked with everything we needed. There are just loads of nice towels, which is great. (We couldn't find wash cloths, but we made do.) There is a very nice Margarita blender and many other nice amenities in this home. The host was great and easy to communicate with. We loved the pool. It's not screened so it can get leaves in it, but the pool service comes regularly so it is clean and refreshing. Definitely recommend!

Well "Old Man Weather" certainly did us no favors! But the property came up "Aces". The game room was awesome for indoor activities, the living room gave us lots of room to gather for music, table games, and TV. Beyond the pool area, there was a great space for outdoor games (equipment from garage). And the dining/kitchen area gave us room for all. Even though that wild storm brought temps too low for swimming the first half of the week, we enjoyed sitting around the pool and in the Florida room day and evening. Of course daily trips to the beach and park were so fun with crazy waves and easy walking. And all six of us made it to the top of the Light House! So great house (everything we needed and more), great food recommendations, and great hosts! Thank you.

Where do I start…..I’ve been renting vacation property’s for many years now, and have always preferred to rent from private property owners because I’ve never had good luck with vacation rental company’s. They don’t care for the property, and customer service is horrible….Barb and “Seas The Day Vacation Rentals” absolutely sets the standard all others need to follow. Our trip was 6 months in the making and changed several times, Barb was as amazing as the property, the house was spotless, complimentary drinks and snacks were a very welcome touch that most vacation rental companies don’t think about. The 2 bed/2 full bath house had plenty of room for 8 adults. My one and only complaint is, the driveway was a little tight for two pick ups with motorcycle trailers, only because there was a low hanging branch over the “bump out/side parking spot” that wouldn’t allow us to put a trailer or truck under. We definitely plan on coming back next year and hope to rent this property again, if we can’t get this place my plan is to reach out to Barb at “Seas the day rentals” to see is they have something close to that location available, they have a customer for life, thanks again!! I hope you and your cleaning team for the house in satisfactory condition after we left.

Amazing property!
This house is very relaxing and has all the amenities you could ever need. The location is extremely quite yet located close to everything. Very short walk to the beach or you can park right at the end of the street and be on the beach. We loved the restaurants nearby. The house felt like home while we were there. My son has ASD and the property was totally safe and secure for him. Amazing place to stay!

The property was even more than we expected it to be. It was clean and larger than what the pictures detailed online. We had a party of 8 and it was perfect. It was a very short walk to the beach and due to its location near private condos, we were able to have as much space on the beach as we desired. The pool and Florida room were great for hanging out, eating, playing and relaxing. The responses from the owners were prompt and very courteous. We would stay here again and definitely recommend it for all who are interested.

Beautiful, quiet neighborhood.
This home is immaculately clean. The kitchen/dining area is perfect for families. We cooked almost every meal there in a well stocked kitchen!(Pots, pans, crock pot, etc) The beds are very comfortable. The game room was a hit with the children and adults alike. The huge backyard is an oasis of gorgeous flowering shrubs and picturesque old oak trees. As a bonus, there is a private pool and gas grill! And numerous lounge chairs all around. So comfortable. The ocean is very close. I enjoyed the view of the high rise condominium’s lights from my master bedroom window at night. Also, the welcome basket was greatly appreciated and a very thoughtful gesture.

The perfect home for that R&R
This property reminds me of the closet thing to a land cruise you could ask for... We walked into a beautiful home, full of amazing art with inspirational sayings... I woke up every morning to have my coffee in the warm, inviting Florida room, with a beautiful view of the pool, huge oaks, and wild crane birds that enjoy the back yard as well. With everything the area has to offer, coupled with all this home has to offer It’s a 5 star without a doubt. Great Getaway
The house is in a great location. We are not crowd-type people so it was nice to be in a quiet spot, but still just a short walk from the beach or a quick drive to the stores and shops. My 2 & 4 year old boys loved having the pool in the backyard, and I felt better about them swimming in a private pool instead of one with a bunch of strangers. The game room in the garage with the ping pong table and air hockey was a nice bonus for evenings spent just relaxing at the house after a busy day. The house was clean and had everything needed for a great stay. We had a nice, relaxing vacation!

Coronacation!
This home was great! Everything from the game room/garage, the screened in porch, the pool! Especially the Jimmy Buffet Margaritavillle Blender! The home was nice and cool on the hottest Florida days that summer could throw at us! Great location, Great communication from the owners (had pool cleaned early because of Tropical Storm Isaias) and great amenities! When ever we visit Daytona we will def check on availability!

The house had everything we needEd to cook, go to the beach and genuinely have a great time. Fridge had an ice maker, A/C worked great, pool was not salt water(believe me that is a huge plus). Will definitely be staying there AGAIN. The beach is about 6 blocks but an easy walk. A+++

The house was wonderful and very clean. Welcome snacks were there and fun things for the kids to do. Everything was close and in easy driving distance. I wouldn't suggest walking, the traffic by the house goes way too fast.

This house was wonderful in every way. It's beautiful, great location, and well furnished. The kitchen is well equipped. The pool is so nice if you don't feel like going to the beach, and the stock of games and beach gear was great. Wish we'd stayed longer!

We had a great time at Seas the Day. There was a bit of an issue getting the lockbox open but the local manager came to assist. The pool was quite a mess but we were told that it would be cleaned the next day. Loved everything about the house & pool. Plenty of pool toys, and even a wagon to haul stuff to the beach. Nice washer & dryer in the garage. Very close to the Publix for groceries. An Egret greeted us in the backyard most mornings! Would definitely return to this lovely house!

Perfect stay for a family beach getaway
The photos don't do the property justice. The house is beautiful and had absolutely everything that we needed. It was so well equipped for the beach, the pool was great, the game room in the garage was a lot of fun and the owners were so easy to communicate with. My family really enjoyed themselves and have talked about a return visit. We would absolutely come back. 5 stars!
