Exactly what we needed

We rented to be close to an event at the college and it was exactly what we needed. The house was super cute. Very clean. The backyard is fantastic, perfect for traveling with the grandbaby and our pup. Would absolutely stay here again.

Good and bad

The Good - nice house and location, with a lot of nice little touches. The Bad (and this might not bother everyone?) 1. Too many email reminders through VRBO. 2. Didn't appreciate how I was treated at the door when she realized I had brought our small little dog. I believe VRBO has a list established where you can find out how we've left previous properties. I believe our rating is a 5? Right from the start I said we had a dog & it seemed to come as a surprise. We were not trying to hide anything and we booked apparently after your 5 day window. Tighten up a few things and you have a great property. Thanks!!!

Quiet place

Great place.

This was our first time in Daytona. We were there for my son’s archery tournament. The house was conveniently located to restaurants, the beach and the convention center. The house was a great place for us to stay.

Great Stay!

This home was a great place for me and my aging parents and their little dog to stay while visiting Daytona. The house was very clean and well stocked with essentials and more. The beds and furnishings were comfortable. The shower in the master bath was easy for them to get in and out of. The hosts had left us welcome snacks and cold drinks in the refrigerator (a very nice touch after driving) and were quick to respond to questions. The back yard is very nice and adjoins a park. We enjoyed looking out the window in the dining room during breakfast. We would be happy to stay again on our next trip to Daytona!

Best place we've stayed

This was by far the best place we've stayed. It was so close to EVERYTHING! Food,shopping,beaches... all within 15 min of the house. The house was beautiful and well stocked. Everyone loved it. Highly recommended.

The property was great. Back yard was shaded with a nice view of park fountain. House was clean and well stocked for basic cooking. Beds were comfy. Hosts were very responsive and I will definitely book again.

Lovely home in South Daytona

We stayed in this lovely home for 4 days 4 nights to watch our son graduate and play his last collegiate baseball series at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University (7 mins away). Our stay was wonderful. The home is in a very quaint community called Big Oak Tree and is just a lovely and welcoming 2 BR/2 BA home. It has a nice backyard porch and a lovely big fenced in yard with a small pond behind. The home is decorated very nice with comfortable furnishings and bedding. The kitchen is nicely sized with great appliances. The home was very clean and the photos are accurate and current. Everything in the home is fairly new and in great shape. There are TV is in the LR and each BR. The layout of the home is just right. AC strong and good parking out front. Washer and dryer in the finished garage and a very nice and welcoming feel throughout the home. Wanda was very nice from booking through our departure. She left is a little welcome tray with chips, candy, nutrigrain bats, peanuts and a few water bottles in the fridge. You’ll also enjoy the home’s location because it’s close to everything you need: Walmart, CVS, gas, a doggie park, and many eateries. I wish this home could have been a rental throughout the 5 years our son went to college close by. We would have rented it throughout our trips. You won’t regret choosing this home. Thank you Wanda!
