"Very comfortable bed but the wonky floors owing to the age of the property were a bit disconcerting. Very nice staff and excellent breakfast. A fridge in the room would be nice"

"Great location right on Deal beachfront. We were on the ground floor Addelam Suite. Large room, very comfortable bed, and we had a great night of sleep - no noise from the road / being on the ground floor. Lovely deocration. Plenty of places to eat / grab a coffee nearby."

"The carpet was dirty and badly stained and needed a deep clean or a new carpet. Some of the furniture was old and damaged. The lamps on either side of the bed needed dusty desperately."
