"We like the convenience of the hotel and the beds and rooms are nicely clean and the cleaning staff very friendly and helpful. However the reception staff are not that friendly and will ignore you unless you speak directly to them. I am unused to that in a hotel reception. It would be good if they were more welcoming and proactively pleasant. And although the breakfast is included it is just cereal and breads. The full breakfast is a bit of a disappointment and I recommend going elsewhere."

"Best hotel we have stayed in when visiting family in Cliftonville over the past 2.5 years. If we were being picky then asked for decaf tea but actually given green tea, so had to be thrown away and no cranberry juice at the bar. Overall, it was an excellent hotel and definitely where we will be staying when we visit again. Staff were very helpful and a credit to the hotel."

Bathroom was great rnjoyed the heated towels!! Only comment,is our rooms floor slanted and so our heads were higher then our feet while sleeping and we felt lije we were slipping off the bed. . The slant also made you lose your balance. Other then that we loved it all."
