“This property is centrally located to everything that you would want to do while visiting in the Denver area. The home was secure, clean, and located in a quite neighborhood. It has a wonderful fenced in backyard with a lovely patio in which to sit in the evenings. We loved the spacies living areas that were comfortable and inviting. The owner was in contact quickly if we needed anything and that was a huge plus. We couldn't have asked for anything more!!! ”

“No complaints whatsoever. My only suggestion to the owner is a glass top on the table or a new table. It was sticky from paint. ”

“Had a bit of trouble gaining entrance. Otherwise the VRBO was spacious, and enjoyable. Kitchen was roomy. Nice to have a washer dryer. Pool, hot tub and fire pit area were very nice to relax by. It was very close to grocery store and fast food spots. Thanks, it made our trip to Denver for my daughter’s wedding very enjoyable!”

“The house was everything our family needed for the week. The owner was very responsive and jumped into action for anything we needed. The house itself was very nice and has a park at the end of the street that my little one enjoyed very much. House was stocked with things like seasonings, condiments, detergent. It made traveling as a big family very nice. ”

“This house was perfect! It was clean, classy and had everything we needed. Perfect for our group to have two levels so we could spread out. The huge TV downstairs was a big hit as we enjoyed watching some sporting games on it. Also, loved sitting on the back patio in the morning drinking coffee. I would highly recommend and would stay here again. ”

“I'm giving this property 5 stars because the pictures and descriptions were accurate. Having said that i must warn travelers that the host likes to cook with Indian spices that are very strong and aromatic that last all night. They have kids that like to run and you hear every step. Finally beware that you are in a basement apartment and you ONLY have air tv. You will have internet, but NO cable or streaming services. We were looking forward to relaxing and watching march madness, but with the...

“Beautiful property. Spotless!! Quirky and stuffed with “stuff”. Two minute walk to S Pearl where there are great places to eat and drink. Very funky cool neighborhood. 2-5 minute walk to lite rail. So easy to get down town and the airport. Agent super helpful. ”

“We had a lovely time here over a weekend! The house is beautiful and well appointed. There are many rooms in the house and plenty of space to spread out. The rooftop balcony and bar were absolutely lovely and the pictures of the hot tub don’t do it justice, it’s larger than it looks! All around great stay, I will be back! ”

“The house was super comfortable. Every amenity we could imagine was available. Adirondack chairs next to Bear Creek made for peaceful tranquility. Beds/showers/kitchen/living rooms were so comfy. We were minutes from downtown Evergreen, which was a nice throwback in time. Red Rocks Amphitheater was 25 short minutes away. ”
