“This building was really cool and was built in the 1920's. The windows in this place were beautiful and there was so much natural light. The kitchen and bathrooms were nicely renovated. The furniture was comfortable but sparse. The neighborhood is really quiet. The neighborhood is in transition. There were some homes that had been fully renovated and some that were vacant. Still felt safe there. Plenty of parking on the street. There were security cameras.The HVAC unit doesn't work so……

“This place was great for a quick stay! The only things that would've made it better was the deadbolt working and a cup to make the coffee in. It met the basic needs we had and we are grateful we didn't have to make a long drive home late at night. Hosts were always checking in and let me know I could contact them at any point. " Cozy Basement" is a very accurate description! Thanks again!”

“Nice cozy place to stay whole in town. Came with everything we needed for our short trip, communication from owners was great and very welcoming check in and check out process was simple as well. Just wish the bed was more comfy, was hard as a rock. Would definitely stay again!!”
