“The property we thought we were getting had some sort of issue so the host messaged us two days before and gave us two other options. Neither were as nice as the one we originally signed up for. We got there and the place reeked of cigarette smoke. The microwave didn’t work and we could not find the remote for the tv in the bedroom. We messaged the host about that and they never followed up. The couch in the living room was so uncomfortable so it would have been nice to watch tv in bed but we……

“Really not much good to say. This property is not safe to stay in. I am so disappointed in Expedia advertising this property. I requested a refund. The place is unsafe. Your stay is shared with rats. Yes rats. I informed the prooerty of the issue and I was told that I would get a refund. I had to stay in this filth my whole stay. These issues was addressed an hour after I got in the prooerty. This is only some issues. I stayed awake for three days. This is not acceptable not. I'm sick and this……

“The property is a duplex, we got both sides. Each unit has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Upon arriving, the yard had a lot of litter/trash. I picked a lot of it up and threw it away. There was also a swept pile of construction debris right outside the back door. Inside, the kitchens are updated and nice. However, there was no garbage can in the one kitchen. We did see a lot of dust in the house. Also, bathroom sink was very slow to drain. Shampoo and body wash containers in the bathroom were empty.……

“This property is located in the short north arts district of Columbus and was right near all the best restaurants, shopping and OSU campus. The home was super clean and equipped with convenience. Loved the hot tub and nice robes provided for use! Great place! Highly recommend!”
