“今回は朝食なしの宿泊でした。 スタッフの対応、温泉、コスパすべて大変良く長年に渡り利用しています。大変満足しています。ただ、前回9月の宿泊で熊八亭のスタッフ対応はあまり良くなかったため今回熊八亭は利用しませんでした。 注文を聞く際、飲み物を最初に言ってそれから食べ物を言おうとすると、それを遮る様な強い良い方で「飲み物がまだなので食べ物の注文は 待って下さい」と言われました。こちらが一気に言ったことも悪いですが、その言い方が少し強かった印象を受けました。 続けて床においてあったメニュー表を孫（2歳）が誤って踏んでしまったのですが、その時に「踏まないでね」と言われました。孫は何も分からない状態で故意にやったわけではないのですが、大変気分が悪くなりました。 今後とも利用させて頂きたいがため、失礼かと思いましたが率直な気持ちを述べさせ頂きました。ご容赦の程よろしくお願いします。 今後とも利用させて頂きます。”

“I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is really close to Beppu station. The room was a comfortable size, especially for a solo traveller. The onsen was the favourite part of my stay. There were several private onsen rooms available on a first come first served basis. The breakfast was buffet style with a variety of Japanese and western options. The staff were very polite and helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I was to come back to Beppu. ”

“房間相對來說是偏小的，整潔度還可以，溫泉很舒服，但附近生態好，露天溫泉比較容易看見小飛蟲，會在意的可能選室內比較好，早餐還不錯，櫃檯人員都相當親切，貓貓也很可愛，附近有超市離車站也不算遠，相當方便”

“Sunny and the other staff were so wonderful, they helped with laundry, directions around town, taxis and so on. The rooms are large and comfortable, the upstairs terrace is lovely; all the American and Japanese toys from the last fifty years on display are fascinating; roomy, clean kitchen with pleasant, quiet and restful common room area”
