“Nice hotel, but away from downtown. Hotel personnel is very nice, despite a problem with my reservation, which took a couple minutes to be sorted out, everything was perfect.”

“We had issues with our reservation which were not the hotel's fault. Staff was patient and helpful in getting the issues worked out. Five stars seems like not enough for the help they gave when we got there. They had a parking spot for Veterans, the pillows were perfect, the towels were thick, the water pressure and shower head was refreshing, and staff was quick to respond.
