“We stayed here to celebrate birthdays and Mother’s day. The house was clean, gorgeous and nicely decorated with natural wood features. Took pics for myself to go shopping 😃. The hosts Nathan and Kara we awesome, they made sure we had a smooth check in and was available right away if we had questions. The kids enjoyed the lower level space - it was equipped with a huge Tv, games and foosball table. The parents got to have their private space and enjoy a nice dinner in the dining area. Overall...

“My husband and I spent the weekend at the Elwood Escape for our wedding anniversary. We really enjoyed the set up of the home and we spent a lot of time in the back yard by the fire pit. We took advantage of the hikes and were able to bring our small dog with us. We also loved that one of the restaurants/bar was across the street from the home and were able to walk to the location. Over all we enjoyed this nice quiet escape from the city.”

“We had a great stay for my daughter's 16th birthday. The house was exactly what we needed for our family. The game room was awsome!! The amenities that were offered were great would definitely plan to stay longer since alot of the amenities are a distance from the house. The houses was equipped with everything we needed. Everyone in our party enjoyed our weekend.”

We had 5 adults and 2 children in our group, and we were comfortable in the cabin. We would consider staying there again if we go back to the Poconos for vacation.”

“We had a great stay! The property was nice, nothing fancy but everything we needed plus some. This was one of the better equipped kitchens in a rental property we have used. There is the feeling this house was a DIY spruce up, but with the intention of making everyone feel comfortable and welcome and it worked! “Perfect getaway weekend in January! We enjoyed the house and all the amenities it has to offer. A very clean and charming home located in a gated community. Perfect for 2-3 couples (as long as one of them doesn't mind the twin bed with the trundle). It is about 30 minutes from Montage Ski Resort and Camelback. We are looking forward to booking again soon!”
