It is a good place to stay for the night when you’re traveling the following morning we had to stay in Doha overnight to take the morning plane and he was CC to take a taxi back to the airport in the morning. Gouda accommodations very clean good value.

I like the room service and food. I did not like that housekeeping was poorly done and there was dried up urine on the floor around toilet. I recommend management clear all vacant rooms before filling them with guest. This will avoid any and correct bad housekeeping behavior.

Was not informed that immigration needed a rat test . Hence was not allowed to leave the airport . Then I discovered that the hotel has a no refund policy . How terrible . I will never book with this website or hotel again

It took almost 30 minutes to complete the Check in. As well as, it took almost 15 minutes to complete the check out. Reception Employees was rude. No Bell Boy, No valet parking. Terrible Experience. Thank you.

The staff Friendly But the food is terrible check in should be at three but we checked and at five there was no hot water in the bathroom and when we called for breakfast after two hours we called back to check about our omelet eggs they said they have no eggs

The hotel is good and facilities are ok. However, I had difficulty enjoying its F&B outlets. As a non-smoker, none of the outlets is smoke free. They even serve Shisha in many of its outlets. Moreover, housekeeping will not attend to room unless you inform them to do that. Rooms is a bit small and cluttered with furniture. Best regards

This property is off the corniche and easy to get to from the airport. The hotel is lovely. Enjoyed my stay. Had some issues with housekeeping but they remedied the situations. The bathroom is huge and the bathtub is great to relax and soak. I just wish the shower had shelving or towel bars. Overall, I would return to VIP hotel. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They have a few nights clubs in the building and places to smoke shisha.

everything was good only slight issue was there was no milk for the tea and even when we asked they said they had none but they would try and get some, never got any milk and dud nit have ny cup of tea. The windows were very dirty i think due to the contruction in front of the hotel and no view.

The hotel is understaffed and you will need to call then numerous before they answer. The service is horrendous and does not match the hotel’s modern ambience and overall look and feel. The hotel needs a lot of work in the management department. Will not be staying there again....

Everything is new, modern and very clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. The kitchen was not fully functional since they recently open and had no menu available and all room service calls went thought the Main Desk, room service staff took almost 15 min. to deliver a couple of soft drinks to the room and when I asked for their temporary menu they said they would bring one up but never did.

I have been staying in this hotel for 10 days. I paid in advance until the 20th of the month. my other girlfriends fell asleep in my room. I told the reception that I can get a room but only pay in the morning. I didn't have my purse with me. but I was not even helped. they were going to lay me outside in the lobby

Fiquei bastante chateado com minha estadia no VIP Hotel. 1 - Check in extremamente demora 2 - Quarto não estava muito bem limpo 3 - Não havia sabonete, shampoo e nem condicionador disponíveis. Tivemos que ligar 3 vezes por dia para que, no terceiro dia, resolvessem o problema. Até lá, tivemos que comprar por conta própria. 4 - Os pedidos de serviço de quarto SEMPRE vinham errados e com preços bem acima do padrão. 5 - Não pudemos ligar a TV, pois não havia controle remoto. Assunto que foi massivamente solicitado com a recepção, mas não deram solução. 6 - Ao final da refeição que fazíamos no quarto, deixávamos as louças e talheres do lado de fora, ao lado da porta. demoravam mais de 1 dia para retirar os mesmo.

The hotel is brand new!. The “standard” rooms are not the biggest but they have made them cozy and modern. Nice rooftop pool with good sun loungers. The gym has a good selection of equipment. Because of the hotel is brand new are not all restaurants opened yet and the selection is a bit small but I think this will be a very great hotel when everything is finished. The most important of all is that they have the good atmosphere and the good service from all of the personal. This is one of the best 4 star hotels I like best In Qatar because of the standard, price and the good service.
