“Rooms look old and need updating. Only 4 channels on the TV and the TV itself was a really old model, no chance of casting to it to cover for the lack of channels. “An absolute gem in the area. We booked one night but stayed for three nights - and would happily return for our next stay in Donegal Co. Hosts are kind and hospitable in a way that is rare in these times. Good recommandations of the neighbourhood. Breakfast is tasty and fullfilling, rooms are comfortable and the area is calm. An ideal base to discover anything Donegal can offer. The catch? You have to have your own wheels :)”

“The Viking House is not the Four Seasons or the Ritz. What it is though is a clean, quiet, cozy and humble hotel set in some of the most beautiful surroundings you can imagine. “Style full and authentic country manor located in grounds of its own. All rooms have names of famous playwrights and authors, with some rooms having a view on the Loch.
