Convenient location if you are going to the Ark Encounter. Great bakery nearby—Beans! (Hotel does have a breakfast buffet.) Clean hotel. Friendly staff. They reached out daily to see how our stay was going and if we needed anything.

The property was clean, newly built and updated nicely. The hotel seemed to look like the nicest and newest in a block of a few hotels right next to each other.
Our room was clean, nice, comfy beds, and spacious. The kitchen in the suite was helpful. There was plenty of outlets and counter space to set all our stuff on in our room.
The pool was clean and my kids had fun. The breakfast was good (better than most continental breakfasts I’d say) and I really appreciated that there were lots of places to find seating for my family of 5, even when it was busy.
We had a good experience and would definitely stay again. I would recommend as a good option for anyone, including families with young children.

It was clean as it’s fairly new. Beds were hard. The meat selection was cold on the breakfast bar. Nice waffle machines. Come on though $13 for a pint of ice cream is just price gouging.
