“Property needs a lot of work, needs to do a lots of upgrades as in gas from the stove odor, cleanliness, possibly a larger hot water tank because there was hardly any hot water and proper needs to upgrade on the facility as in better quality of linens bed and furniture”

“Overall the house and property was great, the neighbors have signs all over that are "against VRBO" and one of them called the cops on us because our boat was "impeding traffic" even though it clearly was not (the neighbors mailbox stuck out further than the boat!). There is also no place to turn around a boat and truck so we had to back down the whole road. We made it work though and really enjoyed the house and property.”

“This was a wonderful stay, we visited the University of Michigan for a visit and dance team clinic. The location was perfect close to everything, shops, restaurants, and bars. The property was clean and comfortable and Dina the host was responsive and helpful. Coming back in my next stay at Ann Arbor”

“The house was exactly as listed. Very clean and ready for us to move right in. Check in was easy. Check out was easy too. We had communication with the owner the entire time and he even came out to help us with a door issue. We had plenty of space so everyone could spread out if they felt the need. The house is close to everything. The street is a very busy street, so getting in and out of the drive was a bit tricky but nothing you don't experience anywhere else. I would highly recommend this...

We felt right at home, Everything we needed was here along with a great host to accommodate us. I would recommend this place for a Family as well.
