“The place was ran down. The arcade was horrible, none of the games worked or would take your credits and nothing would happen. The water park was not worth 60$ a person. The room was not clean, old rappers and old food around the beds. Went out to dinner and came back to a guy in his underwear in the hallway with kids around. 10 out of 10 would not recommend this place. Was a horrible experience.”

“Initially I was annoyed because I arrived early and sat in the lobby for almost six hours until almost 3pm. Apparently they were sold out the night before and took a while to turnover the rooms. Once I checked in to the room, I immediately understood the wait. The rooms are a legitimate suites that are designed beautifully. Very similar to resorts and the bed is extremely comfortable. This hotel is has the most comfortable bed and suite design outside of my favorite hotel in FL.”

“The room and everything in it was filthy but we had no choice to stay there everything was booked do to power outages”

“Check-in was quick and easy. The breakfast buffet was adequate and Randy was very attentive during breakfast! The rooms were clean. However, lost a star due to No late checkouts available on a Monday. Not even an option to pay for a late check out due to “housekeeping is understaffed.” Not really ideal.”
