“The staff at the front desk were nice and helpful. We were able to check in immediately even though we were there before the 3:00 check-in time. Coffee and tea were available in the lobby during the day.”

“The floors & upholstered chairs were stained. The air conditioner was difficult to turn on/off. The "Senior " room's bathroom door had the veneer rubbed off, the toilet tank lid was broken, the shower chair was old & had brown spots all over it. It had 4 legs but only three touched the floor. The toilet was low, it did have a grab bar. The tub was high & difficult to lift leg over it. The mattress looked new but it still had the plastic on it & everytime you moved it made crackling sounds. The……
