A lot of potential
Great for price. Great location for rainbow river and world equine center. No back neighbors, making good privacy. The beds were a bit uncomfortable. The A/C and water heater didn’t work well. The A/C leaked water onto the garage floor. The house was clean and remodeled in some areas. The owners were excellent and prompt to messages. The property has potential and I have no doubt in time this property will be amazing.
