“The personnel was very kind but many shortages of basics things like bed sheets and cutlery. Unluckily the electricity was off for more than 10 hours. The property manager never came up. Was very disappointed in returning calls from Expedia for my claim. I had to leave the property the day after we arrived. First time I had this issue and it was very surprising that a condo style property was listed in Expedia with such a very low level of value and response ”

“In the pictures the place looks nice, and while the property is well taken care off, the apartment itself is not good. First of all, you will be told upon arrival that the electricity is not included and you need to pay for it. Initially i was ok with it, but after coming back from dinner (this happened the same day we checked in) there was no electricity at all in the apartment. We had to sit there over an hour in the dark waiting for the host to “recharge” the service with the electricity...

“We stayed for 2 months. The condo is very well equipped with everything you need. Beds are comfortable, sheets and towels good quality. Condo grounds and pool attractive and well-maintained. Great location, a pleasant 5 block walk to the beach in front of the Impressive Resort that is clean, with soft white sand. Bring your own chair or towel to sit on. We also walked to many nearby restaurants and a small grocery store. Took the local bus for 50 pesos to San Juan Mall for more grocery choice.”

“This property is well equipped with most everything you need. Nice condo community. I have stayed in almost every community in the area. I especially liked that I never saw a bug inside. The showers worked well too. One thing lacking is a water jug dispenser. It is difficult to lift a full jug to pour water out. All other units have a water cooler or a jug with a spigot.”
