As a first timer in this property, i wasnt too impressed. First, the person that checked us in wasnt that nice. Wilfredo shouldnt be in front desk. It took a while for
them to check us in, he was talking to another customer, then for sure he noticed us in line to be checked in next but then entertained another customer first that came after us. Didnt even apologize for the gesture, just have no manners i guess. Then secondly, when we booked here in expedia it says it has $1400 resort credit which is a joke because you really cant use it, they give you discount coupon like $20 if your getting a massags, still cost you $150.Again, Wilfredo
cant even suggest where else we can use the credit, right there dont fall for the resort credit only because its no use at all. Then the room we got has that stinky smell which i can also smell
in the dining room of the buffet?? Not sure if its because of the hot weather. The food is okay, nothing fancy. Their restaurants have the same menu everyday. Thank God we only stayed 3 days, cant imagine longer than that and eating same
thing. Buffet is okay, some are good some
are not. The dining staff people are amazing tho, very nice and helpful. And the bar people are mostly
nice. The beach is not the greatest, cant swim in it. They have feee shuttle which is nice from and to airport. Took us to the mall and souvenir shops. Its crazy how expensive they sell their souvenirs tho. Overall it was okay stay but wouldnt recommend.
