Great Condo and Location
This condo was a great size with everything we needed for our month stay. Balcony was huge with your own private pool. Two minute walk to beach. Less than five minute walk to restaurants and grocery store. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Punta Cana. Thank you.

Overall very nice
This is one of the best properties yet that I have booked with on Vrbo. The condo was clean and nice and just a short walk to the beach. Luis the property manager is very nice and helpful. The communication was good also. Restaurants are all in walking distance.

amazing clean and nice apartment near the beach!
this apartment was everything me and my friends could ask for steps away from the beach and local food and shops. The check in process was very simple and the property manager always communicated with us. For this price, you can’t get a better place in Punta Cana! Would definitely recommend and look forward to coming again next time I am in the Dominican republic.

The apartment was very nice and clean. The property manager explained how things worked in the apartment. The apartment was spacious and we loved the outdoor terrace. I would recommend this apartment to a friend and I would stay there again.

My stay, here was pretty decent the manager was pretty understanding and quick to respond to my questions and request. The only thing I didn’t like was the Wi-Fi did not work the entire time I stay there. Also, those electric bills were pretty high for only five days. Spotless apartment, and it was very convenient to my liking.

Overall I had and great experience the property manager Lucio picked us up from the airport and checked us in to the property. Its in a great neighborhood walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The property was very clean and had very good 24 hour security guards. You can request a cleaning service note you will be charged for new towels and washcloths. You can have guests anytime with no charge. Lucio helped us out with any needs that we had I would definitely recommend this unit and would have no problem booking again. Hope this was helpful.
