“This property is as advertised. Actually, there was a major improvement in the primary bath from the time we booked in August of 2023 until we stayed at the house in March of 2024. A shower was added to the bathroom which was a wonderful addition. All of the main living areas look out over the bay. There are 2 screened porches which were so useful as well. “Absolutely amazing!! Location, cleanliness, ease of checkin & out. Walking distance of several great restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Had a view of lagoon with its wildlife( ducks, cranes, turtles and even a gator!). Very relaxing for our daughter who was running in the state track meet. Since we knew that it was new, owners probably still haven’t gotten around to doing a few things.. need oven mittens, utensils for grilling, blackout curtains or shades for morning side bedrooms, ceiling fans...

“If you enjoy being on the water this is the perfect house. We enjoyed spending time on the pier, relaxing on the screened in porch, and grilling out for dinner. The house is close to downtown Fairhope and Magnolia Springs for dining and shopping options. The house was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. I would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking to rent a place in the area.”

“We found it difficult to find the cottage, the sign needs to be more visible and updated. It was all faded. Overall, we were satisfied with the country cabin charm. Loved the porch!! Enjoyed watching the dolphins from the pier, along with seeing eagles and blue herons.”

“This is absolutely perfect for one or two people. Its a very cute little house. I guess it used to be a mother in law suite. The shower space is a bit tight. But overall I have no complaints. It is right on a main road. The noise isn't too bad though. It's also within a reasonable distance to everything. I'll definitely stay here again.”

“The condo worked for the two of us! We did find the living room pull out bed to not have much support so we used the couch instead. There was also loose candy and wrappers under the pull out bed. Very well stocked with bath towels and rags. Great large closet in the bedroom. Nice, quiet location. We enjoyed going to Beach Bums each morning for coffee about 10 minutes down the road!”
