The whole place was clean, the hvac in our room worked great, breakfast was good and fresh. There were no obscure smells or weird stains on anything that I could see. When visiting Bardstown again, I’ll be staying here.

Our stay was good. We stayed for the weekend to visit some distilleries. We booked from Hotels for a king bed but got put into a two queen room due to them being full. We were told that since we booked through a third party, we don’t get our preference. Staff was nice and apologetic about the room situation. Breakfast was nice - fresh fruit cup, hard-boiled eggs, cereal, oatmeal with lots of toppings, pastries. We would stay there again.

They recently had a Fire and Water leak. We were not notified that there wouldn’t be breakfast due to the damage. We chose this hotel for that reason. Notifications should have been sent to us so we could chose to change our reservation.

I think the breakfast bar could have been kept a little bit cleaner since there was a lot of kids.For whatever reason, this weekend at the facility. Overall everything was amazing. I don't believe though that the staff should be outside at the entrance.Smoking. p s you may want to change the sign on 245 to read ,Sparks by Hilton. The old one is still up that says Hampton. Inn, by Hilton.. that sign is very dirty and hard to read.

Thermostat in the hallways was set to 80 degrees. It was hot in the whole hotel public areas. Continental breakfast was not up to par. There is nothing that is hot like eggs or bacon/sausage. You have to microwave frozen pancakes they leave sitting out. The condiments like cream cheese and butter are runny because it’s so hot. The fruit cups are watery and poor quality. The yogurt cups sitting out are condensating. No one cleans the tables during breakfast hours. Coffee ran out by 9am. No one refills the coffee. Rooms do not have coffee makers or options for water/coffee/tea. Had to swap rooms due to A/C not working. Hot water in the shower barely gets to hot. Luke warm water. No bar soap for bathroom to wash hands. Had to use shower gel soap for handwashing. Very poor example of a Hilton property. Renovation going on on first floor. Hallways are jammed with tools and machines.

The hotel was in complete disarray. There had been a water leak months ago the hotel was still under construction. They had black trash bags taped up everywhere. You could smell the mold we both got sick after staying there. The hall to our room had a horrible smell. The air conditioning in our room barely worked, a horrible smell came up through the AC when it did kick on. The front desk staff when asked for help was very standoffish we asked if the had an ice maker he said it might be on the second floor if it’s working. Our other friends that checked in the next day, the system was down for hours and we couldn’t get them checked in. The toilet in our room wobbles so bad because it was not attached to the floor. The indoor swimming pool was not very clean and it was so cold that you couldn’t even enjoy it. The breakfast was absolutely horrible. It had some donuts, bagels, and yogurt. There was no other true healthy options. This hotel was a complete disappointment.

Staff was friendly and the room was clean. Breakfast was ok. We had good muffins but was expecting more than just packaged oatmeal and hard boiled eggs. There was cold cereal and bagels offered too. The yogurt was expired. We had hot water but heard a lot of complaints at the front desk that some people had no hot water. The cable and internet was out for a night.

I wish I could remember the man’s name that checked us in. He was very attentive to everyone’s needs. I saw him checking people in, picking up the area to keep it clean, he was working in the breakfast area…he was everywhere—a true team player.
