Nice new bathroom - but mold/mildew on the shower curtain. Furnishings old, dirty. I understand they’ll be updating the rooms; way overdue. Bed ok.

The room was disgusting. Nothing was cleaned. Stains, hair, and scum everywhere. Blankets were also ripped. The place should seriously be condemned as an health hazard. they refused to refund our money. We didn’t even stay. We refused to lay on those nasty beds or use that disgusting bathroom. We left and went to another hotel. Now I have to fight to get the money back that they stole from us.

I had no idea that it was under construction. Materials were everywhere in and around the place. There was a huge fight among the other guests preventing us from getting any sleep. We were worried for our safety thinking that it was going to be knocking down our door. No phone in the room to call the manager. Room was covered in a layer of dust.

Half of the hotel was under construction with supplies in the hallways and I could tell our bathtub was recently installed given the sticker still on the tub. Towels were stained and no phone in the room. We got there around 10pm with a warning that their staff was finishing up construction work and there might be some noise for about 20 min. This continued past 11pm and only stopped due to complaints. Breakfast lacked enough bowls and spoons for cereal and staff was difficult to find for assistance.

The property was absolutely disgusting. The parking lot had dead rats on the ground, the trash outside looked like it hadn't been emptied out in weeks, and there was on old car that was on a ramp being worked on in the parking lot. We went inside and the place smelled like beer had spilled in the lobby mixed with a very strong odor of BO and Curry. The 3rd floor where they wanted us to stay was under complete construction, the hallway was fully tarped out and had construction workers in there. They wanted us to put towels under the door when we walked into the room. The absolute worst hotel I have ever witnessed. A total DUMP!

Did not receive king bed non-smoking I reserved. Was told that it was due to renovations being performed on the king rooms, and the hotels.com listing should have informed me of this. I did not see any such warning. The rooms should simply have not been listed as available. I did not let this ruin my trip, but I prefer to get the reservation I pay for. It was good to have a laundry room, but it needed to be cleaned. Rishi, working at the front desk, was very friendly and clearly desired to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast was very basic but acceptable. Breakfast room was clean and pleasant. WIFI worked great. I would stay here again, but I would like to stay in the room I reserved.

Bathroom was not properly cleaned when we arrived. The room is old and smells like smoke. The property is old and has not been refreshed in the last 40 years is my guess. Some things need to be done to maintain this property. Also, why does breakfast start at only 7am. I was hoping for a 6am or 6:30am start

For a pet friendly facility I am very pleased with my accommodations. Typically I have stayed at other places in the U.S. and Canada and it is very evident that pets are on the property, not here. Haven’t seen breakfast yet but I’m sure I won’t be disappointed

The only positives were that the staff at front desk was professional and location was convenient. When you enter the hotel you immediately smell pot. The strong smell is everywhere including your room. The carpet on the floor is very old, dirty and nasty. The place is in deteriorating condition. I'd not stay there again.

We stayed with our cat and therefore, were assigned a “pet” room. It smelled of dog, had cat litter on the carpet and a dirty sock on the floor. I reported this to the desk clerk who gave me disinfectant spray and offered to move us to another room….we declined and used the spray. I understand why they have specific rooms for people with pets but, more could be done to sanitize these rooms.

You can see dirt/debris in every corner of the carpeted areas, my room had dried miscellaneous liquids/bodily fluids that were never cleaned in between guests (on walls, outside of trash can, headboard)
