Thank you for taking the time to submit a review for our hotel. Our lobby is very vibrant and has a lot to offer. The Tru Brand rooms are very nice but it is more basic instead of having suites. We hope to see you again very soon.

We are sorry you didn't enjoy your stay with us. The Tru Brand does not have microwaves in the room but we do have one available in the lobby 24/7 for all of our guests if they would like to use it. Our mini fridges in the rooms are comparable to other places but they are not full-sized refrigerators. Again, we are terribly sorry that you did not enjoy your stay with us.

We are terribly sorry that you felt the bed and pillows were not comfortable. We find most people love our Serta beds and have a wonderful nights sleep. Again, we greatly apologize for any inconvenience this caused for you during your stay.

We are terribly sorry that you did not like the quality of our towels as well. We normally do not get complaints about that. We are terribly sorry that your stay with us was not what you were expecting. Our rooms do not have coffee makers but there is coffee available in the lobby 24/7. The 25 was just an incidental hold, which most hotels do, but rest assured you were not charged as the fee fell off upon departure.
