Nice being so close to the highway. Experienced damage to my car, but that was not the fault of the hotel, and they handled the issue well when they were informed. We only stayed one night and arrived late so limited use of the facility.

The desk host made our stay perfect from the minute we arrived until the time we left. We arrived before check in and knew we couldn't use our room yet but we needed a place to change clothes. He offered an employee room for our convenience. He made us feel so welcome upon registering later in the day and every time we encountered him during our stay he had time to join us in friendly conversation. He even made sure to visit our table during breakfast the next morning to question how our stay was. We wish we had gotten his name because he deserves credit for taking his job seriously in making guests feel welcome. Thank you for hiring such devoted employees.

The staff wasn’t welcoming and the hot breakfast wasn’t good. I witness the worker for the breakfast, clean the tables and then go into the back room and he use the same washcloth to wash his dishes. I did not think that was sanitary and he should’ve used a different washcloth. The food was cold and had no taste. The only plus was the waffle maker and the coffee.

The property is undergoing updates. The pool is currently closed for upgrades. The hotel had just gotten a new computer system so there was a little delay with checking in but staff was very apologetic.

Great place to stay. Didn't have a chance to eat the breakfast. Room clean. Water was hot and great water pressure which is usually an issue at hotels. Not here. Beds were comfortable. Stayed here before my surgery and it was a great place. Close to Hospital and allowed my family somewhere to rest while I was in surgery.

Pool was out of order, bathroom was not cleaned very well, and pancake machine was out of order. The staff was friendly and the beds were comfortable. For the rate it was a decent stay. I wish they would have let people know the pool was down, it was the only reason I booked that one over the others nearby.
