"Nice welcome and good sized room. Two nice large wardrobes, but only 6 hangers between us. Also no cupboard storage except 2 tiny draws. Bathroom was nice but again no shelves to unpack toiletries on.
Breakfast was nice, plenty of choice, but for some reason we were always shown to the back room, and never able to use the nice large restaurant as others did. Did ask at reception about this, but didn't receive an answer.
Someone else said in their review if you like a Premier inn then this is a good hotel. We would agree with that statement."
"We stayed three nights. The room was fabulous, and the staff at the front desk very helpful in suggestions for how to spend our days. The breakfast was very generous and David makes a lovely cappuccino. "

"This was our second stay at this hotel and like the first time, it did not disappoint. It is an older hotel but it is kept up pretty well. Breakfast was terrific, as was the staff. The location is great - convenient to the center of town, as well as shopping and restaurants. We come to Montecatini once or twice a year so I hope we can stay here again."
"Hotel storico ma al passo con i tempi. Ottimo rapporto qualita'- prezzo.
Incomprensibile per un 4 stelle il check out alle 10.00.
Orario più da ostello della gioventù che da Grand Hotel.
Sveglia telefonica non richiesta alle 5 del mattino.
Segnalata senza avere alcuna compensazione .
Due difetti che rendonon il mio giudizio buono ma non ottimo."

"We stayed in a basic room for 4 nights. The rooms itself was probably the smallest we've ever stayed in and was very simple (no kettle, bedside table etc). However, it was in a really nice location, within walking distance (15 mins) from the hubbub, but in a quiet location and was really clean. We usually use earplugs when away but we didn't need to here! Amazing! Check-in/out was super speedy and the pool was a delight after a long day of sightseeing. There was always a parking spot for us and we reached Florence/Pisa in around 40 mins. It's a great base for exploring."
