Not wheelchair accessible
The cabin is small but the space works well. We have three boys and had enough room. The cabin is close to stores and restaurants. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed. We stayed here because it was supposed to be wheelchair accessible due to having no steps. Due to the severe slope of the parking space, I was unable to use my power chair and had to go in on crutches which was not safe. My son who is also in a chair had to be carried in. The sofa bad had not been cleaned, there was trash and food wrappers in it when we opened it.

Great Weekend Get Away
The property was great. We came up to Franklin to spend the weekend with my two boys that live in Gatlinburg, TN, and the Bear Cabin was excellent. We enjoyed everything the cabin had to offer especially the porch and the fire pit area. The property is also close to many attractions. We spent the day Saturday in Highlands which is only a short distance away. The Cabin was comfortable and roomy for the four of us. We will definitely stay here again. The office staff was friendly and accommodating.

My name is Lorie and my husband is Bob, I live in Florida to care for my parents. Bob lives in Western New York to work and care for our home and lab. This was our first vacation since our honeymoon 19 years ago. I'm only telling you this to explain why you made our time together at your place so special. We only see each other a couple weeks out of the year and we had a great time exploring and going to waterfalls. Love the cabin!!! Thank you so much 🥰

The stay here was wonderful not as secluded as would of liked but very nice and beautiful cabin, friendly host. We had a manual car and the hill we parked on wasnt the easiest but they did their best to accommodate us. Great place to stay.

Great small cabin!
Cabin is small and cozy. It was perfect for what we need it for since we didn't spend a lot of time there. Just need a place to wind down and sleep. Proximity to town was very nice. Would stay there again if needed.

Great little cabin, plenty of room and still very new. Located close to downtown and lots of amenities close by. We had a nice relaxing weekend.

esta propiedad es romantica.dulce y simplemente maravillosa yo fui con mi familia para distraernos un poco del trabajo y de la pandemia. y la pasamos super bien ,franklin es una lindo lugar y si deseas conocer y no gastar tanto empieza por rentar esta bella y economica cabana, la disfrutaras por dentro y por fuera .,y el personal a cargo es maravilloso, rapido,amable y te ayudaran en todo lo que nesesites y al instante. yo y mi familia definitivamente volbemos pronto. gracias por rentarnos la cabana
