Really Nice Villa But Not The Location
The villa is extremely spacious both inside and out with a great roof terrace with panoramic views, we had an issue with the fridge part of the fridge freezer which was almost as cold as the freezer itself, Our main issue was the location of the villa, very long walk into the main town of Caleta Fuste and villa is on the flight path which we found a bit annoying. Overall still enjoyed our stay there.

Lovely Villa
We had a great holiday. The facilities are excellent and a real home from home. Great views of the sea from the roof terrace. Pool area very comfortable with plenty of sun beds and outdoor seating. Very quite neighbourhood. A short 15-20 minute walk to the supermarket and a taxi to the town centre was 4.5 Euros. We would recommend and are certainly considering returning to this villa.

Lovely property
I stayed here with my daughter and her three children ages 14, 7 and new born. The property was spacious and very well equipped. It was a bit further from Atlantico than we usually like but the pool made up for this. This was very well used. I would definitely return here.

Where the bath taps are situated you couldn’t get in to turn them on due to the shower screen, you had to lean over to turn them on. The pool was meant to be heated but it wasn’t

a lovely holiday
We Arrived late having been delayed in the UK, but the directions given were perfect and very straight forward with landmarks to look out for. When we got into the villa it was a definite wow, the property is spacious and very well equipped, there was plenty of space both inside and out for all the party, the roof terrace and the heated pool are definite selling point to the villa. The property is a 10 to 15 minute walk from the beach and local bars, I would say a car whilst not essential is desirable, especially if you have shopping. The complex seemed a mixture of residential and holiday homes, and felt very safe and secure. The only downside, and it is very minor is that the villa is right under the flight path to the airport and whilst this didn't bother us, it could be a slight annoyance in high season. On saying all that I would definitely stay there again, and would highly recommend the villa to others.

Great villa with everything you need + more, lots of outdoor space including a lovely roof terrace. Easy walk to the supermarket & beach, we did hire a car as 45 min walk to the town. Very quiet location. Had a great time will definitely return

Lovely Spacious Villa with great pool
A great time at this smart and spacious villa. Located in a quiet area adjacent to the golf course. Has all the mod-cons and facilities you need for a very comfortable stay. Easy to find and within walking distance of Caleta Atlantico Shopping Center (I would recommend hiring a car though). Lots of outside space and very nice pool (big enough for several large inflatables!!). Nice breeze during our time there which helped keep the villa cool in the evenings. This was a last minute choice as Covid 19 had disrupted our original plans but we were not disappointed and would happily come back for another visit. The Rees Family.

Location is really good, a perfect villa on the middle of campus golf. We had all we needed to have the perfect holidays. Clean pool, bbq, amazing sunsets. The owner answered really fast when we needed something. We’ll come back for sure!!!

Absolutely perfect villa!
Booking and communication was easy and friendly. Accessing the keys was straight forward. The photos don't do this place justice, it is absolutely beautiful. It has everything you could possibly need in terms of the kitchen and facilities etc. The furniture is good quality and the decor is well thought out and lovely. The location was great, walking distance/taxi to amenities if you don't hire a car, we didn't but there was only 2 of us, it would be better to have a car if there are more people in terms of getting around and shopping etc. The pool area was fantastic, the pool was lovely and warm every day, someone came to tend to the pool midweek and my husband very much enjoyed the box of kids pool toys! We had a slight issue with an unpleasant neighbour but hopefully they were also visiting and not permanent residents. We could not fault the villa, it was perfect and we would definately recommend it to family and friends :-)

Our lovely winter break
Villa spotless with tasteful fittings and very comfortable. Quality kitchen equipment . The pool was at a warm temperature and constantly maintained. We were on foot and local buses to get about, took us about 20mins walk to Atlantico Centre with a nice promenade. Managers Dwayne, Ann-Marie and pool lady Donna were all most helpful. A very enjoyable 3 weeks. We will return.

Quality property
The villa was as described . The photo’s do not do it justice. Very spacious and a sense of real quality with all of the fixtures and fittings both inside and out. The Shops , bars and restaurants of Caleta are a 15 minute stroll or a 5 min drive. Large supermarket a 3 min drive away. Heated pool was fantastic as we were able to use it during our December stay. Would happily recommend this villa to families looking for a n extra special stay in Fuerteventura.

Great villa and great pool
The Villa was larger than we expected and was great place to stay. It was our first villa holiday and found it very easy from start to finish. We loved the pool this was one of the reasons we chose the villa in the first place as it was larger than a lot of the others on offer. It had all the home comforts we needed and we came home thoroughly relaxed. Would recommend villa 82 to anyone and would definitely do it again.

Villa is really nice and heated pool is awesome and big,only bad points are TV is useless,unless you like Netflix,roof deck would benefit having some lighting for evenings and cleaners turned up an hour early at 10am on checkout day.

Fantastic family villa, great location, lots of space and lots of sun!
1. Size - very spacious, we are a family of 6 (2 adults, 3 teens and a pre-teen) and still plenty of space. Lots of sunbeds (14 to be precise) so always somewhere to catch the rays! 2. Pool - large size, wasn’t expecting it to be this big, very clean, pre heated and again, plenty of space even with 6 of us in the pool at the same time! 3. Villa - everywhere was clean (cleaners were just finishing off as we arrived who were very friendly, welcoming and was clear they take pride in what they do), felt like home, Smart TV so access to internet, Netflix, YouTube - unfortunately can’t watch TV as the signal wasn’t very good but didn’t go on holiday to sit around watching TV anyway!). All mod cons available, including hair dryer, hair straighteners, ironing board, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, over etc. This makes the holiday a lot easier. Gorgeous garden and roof terrace with gorgeous views of the local golf course one way and the sea the other! 4. Car Hire - used CiCar who were the cheapest (with good reviews) and our experience with them was very good and easy. Would definitely recommend a car for ease and especially if you want to explore the island. 5. Area surrounding villa - Caleta De Fuste is the local town, with lots of restaurants, supermarkets, gift shops, entertainment, McDonald’s, petrol station etc.. this is all within 5 minutes in a car OVERALL... an amazing villa, in a brilliant location. Easy to communicate with Georgia. 5 star from us! Thank you so much! Looking forward to going back!

Very spacious, great facilities, ideal for families.
After travelling as a family of six from the UK to Fuerteventura the villa had everything we needed for an enjoyable holiday. Access to the villa was simple with the keys provided in a “key safe “ outside the gate on arrival. First impressions were really good with the outside areas being well presented and a large heated family pool with plenty of sun loungers provided. Upon entering the villa you are presented with a very spacious living and dining area, the three bedrooms were of good size and the two shower/toilet rooms were clean and tidy. The kitchen was really nice with plenty of storage and all the accessories/facilities you would need. The main living area was nicely furnished with plenty of comfortable seating together with a large screen TV. The tv signal was intermittent at times but we bought one weeks worth of internet access(15euros) which allowed us to use the smart features on the tv and most importantly a Wi-fi connection for the kids! Outside there were ample seating areas for dining which included a very large rooftop sun terrace with plenty of seating and loungers. The pool itself was a good size and being heated was an added bonus, we had a couple of brief visits early morning from a very nice lady who came to check the pool/filters etc. The nearest supermarket which was in a shopping centre was a 15min walk, we done this several times with no issues. A car is not essential unless you want to visit other places on the island, once walking to the nearest shopping centre you can then get on a road train to the main resort of Caleta de Fuste and visit Castillo beach and harbour where there are many more shops, places to eat and activities. The train journey is only 2 euros each (one way) which takes about 5mins. We can recommend hiring scooters to get around and have some fun, they are around 15euros each for 1 hour and well worth it! Overall we had a really enjoyable holiday and would definitely consider returning!

Very comfortable stay with all amenities catered for. Well positioned villa within easy walking distance to shops , beach , town centra with plenty of restaurants and bars. Georgia who handles the booking was very responsive and caring towards any/all queries and easily contactable if need be. Pool is heated and very comfortable for all ages and good outside dining facilities. Only minor point would make is that with the outside garden area being stone covered it's not ideal for small children playing and have to keep vigil to prevent them picking up and kicking stones -particularly close to the pool and/or falling over. Would be much better if the ample area was fake grass or suchlike. A very enjoyable stay and would certainly visit again.

Clean good quality Villa but........did have a few issue’s with our stay.
Lovely clean villa with a home from home feel. Kitchen big enough but if your short like me the wall cupboards are very high but they do provide a stool to use. Boys we’re disappointed as the TV was down which wouldn’t normally be a issue but the World Cup was on. I would recommend a safety poster about the pool as my 17 year old son sliced open his foot on the jets at the bottom of the pool quite badly, I think you should make guest aware that the jets are at the bottom and not the sides.

Très belle villa
La villa est magnifique, spacieuse, décorée avec beaucoup de goût et bien équipée. Vous avez tout ce qu'il vous faut pour passer un bon séjour. La machine à café nous a quand même fait défaut. Le lotissement est très calme. Il y a une jolie plage très sécurisée pour les enfants à qque km. Nous avions une voiture de location donc nous ne nous sommes pas intéressés aux transports en commun aux alentours. Il est je pense préférable d'avoir une voiture pour explorer l'île.

Wir hatten zu zweit einen herrlichen Aufenthalt in der Villa. Die Unterkunft ist (abgesehen von einer fehlenden Kaffeemaschine) wirklich toll ausgestattet! Insbesondere auf der Terrasse mit dem hervorragenden Pool haben wir wunderschöne Tage und Abende verbracht wenn wir nicht gerade die ebenso schönen Strände besucht haben. Absolute Mietempfehlung, wir würden jederzeit wieder diese Villa buchen.

Villa Ideal para descansar y disfrutar en un ambiente tranquilo y privado
La villa es muy amplia, muy bien distribuida y decorada con muy buen gusto esta provista de todas las comodidades y servicios que se necesitan para disfrutar de sus instalaciones con total satisfacción con un standard de calidad bastante alto. La piscina privada es magnifica y la posibilidad de hacer barbacoas en el exterior es un plus que se agradece. La comunicación con la propietaria siempre ha sido muy buena e instantánea, tuvimos un inconveniente en el que puso todo su interés en resolverlo, en la medida de sus posibilidades. De hecho, la situación mejoró bastante. Es totalmente recomendable el uso de vehículo privado o de alquiler ya que la urbanización está junto a un campo de golf que si bien no está alejada de los servicios esenciales tampoco está suficientemente cerca como para no tener medio de transporte propio.

EXTRAORDINARIAS VACACIONES
Una Villa extraordinaria, superó nuestras expectativas e incluso superó la idea que teníamos tras observar las fotos publicadas. Una zona exterior muy espaciosa, la piscina climatizada todo un lujo, sin contar con la mesa para comer con unas sillas super cómodas en el porche... increíble la generosidad de mobiliario exterior del que dispones, lastima que debido al tiempo no pudimos disfrutar de la terraza en la cubierta de la casa... pues es un añadido extraordinario. La cocina con todo lujo de detalles, no faltaba de nada... un salón con mucha luz, los baños muy completos y las camas muy cómodas con una limpieza impecable. Por ponerle un "pero" simplemente comentar que la Wiffi, a pesar de que pagamos por ella, no funcionaba bien y era difícil descargar fotos o muchas veces conectarte... El personal encargado de la casa, a pesar de que no hablan español, hicieron todo lo posible por ayudarnos cuando llamamos para consultar algunas dudas. En resumen... una casa maravillosa, con todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones, todo en muy buen estado y muy limpio. .. cerca de supermercados y el mar... Sin duda muy recomendable.... esperamos poder volver muy pronto. GRACIAS por estos dias inolvidables.,

Hello.My Family and me stayed at the house from 22.03 until the 1.04.18´and were all agree that it it s great there.The house is clean(and also the pool was clean and warm,pefeck for the children)comfortable for any age and has everything yo need to sau there for the few days.We enjoyed our vacation a lot and wer grateful for the amazing service.We can recommen this pace.
