Set in a luxury gated community, this apartment is located in one of the most sought-after areas in Funchal, due to its premium location and proximity to beaches, promenade and various services.
With three bedrooms, all with sea view balconies, they are equipped as follows: one with a private bathroom and king size bed, another with a queen size bed and the third with two single beds.
With excellent areas and well decorated, the property offers you all the comfort you need for a relaxing holiday. In the living room, equipped with a sofa and dining table, we find a beautiful, spacious area that is connected to the kitchen in an open-plan format, so you can enjoy a good time while preparing your meals. In addition to the other amenities, the apartment has a shared bathroom with shower and a balcony with a dining table and lounge area.
Outside, in the communal spaces, you can take advantage of the garden areas as well as the gym and the infinity pool which offers marvellous views.
The property has a maximum capacity of 6 people and is equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi.
The apartment has two private parking spaces.
The building offers direct access to the promenade via a private lift, ideal for walks along the coast towards Funchal or the picturesque village of Câmara de Lobos.
AREA
The property is located on Estrada Monumental, next to the Forum Madeira shopping centre (4-minute walk), a 1-minute walk from the cycle path and a 5-minute walk from the Doca do Cavacas bathing complex. This is a privileged area because it is close to paddle tennis courts (10 minutes on foot), gardens, restaurants, bars/cafés, shops and services, as well as being a 10-minute drive from the centre of Funchal or 40 minutes if you choose to walk.
In the city centre there are many tourist attractions and activities to suit all tastes (cultural activities, extreme activities, nature activities, whatever the purpose of your visit to Madeira Island).
PROPERTY RULES
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the property. A fine of €300 will be charged for non-compliance.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Please be considerate of your neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.
The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, a member of our team may contact you. You are not permitted to disable, cover or tamper this or any other equipment installed on the property.
In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration purposes.
Municipal tourist tax (when applicable):
€2.00 per person/night for guests aged 13 and above, up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person per stay). A payment link will be sent prior to arrival.
Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If it is not arranged at least 48 hours beforehand, check-in will be subject to our team’s availability.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional charge.
By confirming your reservation, all guests agree to our house rules and accommodation conditions.
OTHER NOTES
All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide, free of charge, a baby travel crib, high chair and baby bath upon request before check-in. Requests made less than 48 hours before arrival may be subject to an additional fee. All properties are equipped with a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and a fire blanket.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay service is provided, including the replenishment of bed linen, towels and consumables only. This service is not included for shorter stays. Additional cleaning services during your stay are available on request at an extra charge.
