Clean room although not fancy. Staff was wonderful, They arrange airport pickup and dropoff at your request. They cook breakfast for you based on what you order. These people are trying hard.

Outstanding experience - super kind and helpful staff, I had to return to the airport for a luggage snafu late at night on a tight timeline and they went above and beyond to help out. Quiet room close to airport, perfect for overnight layover. Enjoyed the rain shower with good water pressure and how clean the room was. So happy to have found Gugasuites.

Good location, excellent transfers, always responsible. Very basic but clean. basic but fresh breakfast. Very comfy bed... but impossible to get sleep. AC in our room was super old, impossible to control and SO LOUD we didn't sleep at all (opening the balcony on ground floor wasn't an option). So be aware that this place needs some major updates. Also, honestly, overpriced for how basic everything is, even if everything worked.

I only stayed 1 night with my family and it was ok. The staff super cool all the time. They arrange my transportation from and to the airport. Very nice people. The rooms are small but do the job. I can't say anything about the breakfast because I left before the time.

Great small hotel close to airport

This is a new hotel next to EZE airport. The staff are very nice and welcoming. We appreciated the free transport to and from the airport. I would stay with them again.

Gugasuites review, Buenos Aires

The receptionist,Arlene, greeted us and showed us to our room. Later she took us on a walk to show us the local restaurants and neighborhood. The night receptionist Valentina, was always available to help if we needed anything. The room was spotless and the transfer to the EZE airport was on time and efficient. For our short stay, it was great.

This was a very clean, basic room with basic amenities. It had a tv, very comfortable bed with good pillows and the room was air conditioned. Places to eat are within a short, safe walk. A small breakfast is provided with excellent coffee. Located very close to the airport (EZE) in Buenos Aires....maybe a 10 minute drive. Pick up and drop off at the airport is available at no charge. The staff is very friendly and accommodating....espescially Jamaiia! She was the perfect host and I enjoyed spending my time with her before returning to the airport. Guga Suites is lucky to have her!

We stayed here one night, only because of its proximity to the EZE airport. Breakfast was late and consisted of two pieces of toast and coffee, not what we asked for the night before. The airport shuttle, scheduled for 7:45 am MANY times in a WhatsApp thread (with someone we never met), never arrived. We had to call Uber (we were reimbursed). The "receptionist" seemed overwhelmed, unprepared. But, very clean property, comfortable bed. Shower water wasn't contained in stall, so floor got very wet. Slipping hazard for 68 year olds!

Not a great location especially if you are traveling along, it was very uncomfortable going onto a place where it does not indicate what the location is. The hotel is closed in and shares the common areas with other guest. Refrigerator in the room but was unplugged, there were bugs flying around the bed area and on the walls. No water or ice available, there was no cable tv available and room was very small. Decent bed and bathroom though.
