“The room was cute, had some Amish furniture throughout the hotel. There were games, books, and DVD’s available to watch in your room. The breakfast area tiny, there was 2 cereal dispensers, juice, water, and coffee. As far as other food there was yogurt and breakfast sandwiches, wrapped in plastic, that had to be warmed up in the microwave. Breakfast offerings were the only negative thing I experienced ”

“We loved the walkable distance to restaurants and downtown. Enjoyed the lake view right from our room. Employees were knowledgeable and so cheerful too! The second floor gazebo area was a delight. We would have preferred regular liquid shampoo instead of the foam stuff. ”

“My friend and I absolutely loved our stay at Charlie’s place! When we checked in there was a lovely sweet treat the owners had left for us from the local farmers market! Charlie’s Place is fully stocked with all the things you could need! They also had fresh ground coffee from a local roaster and creamer to get our weekend started! Everything was clean and in pristine shape! The owners were very communicative and answered questions promptly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and cannot say enough...
