"We loved the building and the decor and the old fashioned big wooden cabinets and the organized breakfast area. The set up was so very convenient and comfortable. The best thing of all was Karen, one of the housekeepers, greeted us at the door and helped us with luggage. It was a pleasure chatting with her the following day too thank you for making our day so easy and comfortable!"

"Exactly what you see is what you get! Cute place on farm like setting. Beds are comfortable and most anything you need is there from fans, pack and plays, and a high chair. Lee provided some fresh eggs, cranberry bread, and fresh butter. Looking to stay again next year when my daughter graduates!"

"The hosts of this property were very responsive even before my arrival, answering questions quickly. The property is easy to access and walking distance from a lovely breakfast spot/market. Their thoughtfulness in leaving snacks for travelers was a lovely touch. It felt like a home away from home -- clean, warm and comfortable!"

"We had a small gathering of family the evening before a much larger family gathering at a farm which is located a short distance from the Publick House. Our dinner in the Old Tap Room was excellent. The service was great. Some of were staying over in rooms in the motor lodge, which was convenient, clean, and comfortable. This was our second time staying there."
