“The Little House Inn was the perfect place to stay while visiting the Ware/Palmer area!The house is tucked away on a quiet road and is beautifully landscaped. The house was clean and very homey. We were even greeted with fresh muffins on the table, and milk and orange juice in the refrigerator. There was also some fun snacks and candy to snack on. If we ever visit this area of MA again, we will definitely stay here!!”

“Quaint Cottage with private deck. Very comfortable beds and easy parking. The hosts were great and made us feel right at home while giving us privacy. If a TV is critical for you, there are two but they're quite small by today's standard. There are window ac units that we used to bring in air, but we never needed the ac. Enjoy your stay at the Cottage!”

“We loved our stay here! Basement apartment below an occupied house, but the noise above was muffled and not obtrusive. It is spacious and beautifully naturally lit all along one side by a row of ground-level windows. The bedroom has a large walk-in closet, and at night is pitch black, so our sleep was fabulous. Very very clean and comfortable. Host was super responsive. Would gladly stay again.”

“The host was very communicative and obviously has tried to make this unit a reasonable place to have people stay. However, the layout of the place was not ideal. They turned a front sitting room into a bedroom, but it doesn't really work well. Further, that room smelled like marijuana our whole stay (1-night). It connected to the stairwell up to the units above, and my guess is that those people just smoke weed all day/night and it's impacting this unit. Further, the outside of the house is……

“The add states an entire home, this is a home with small bedrooms and a bathroom. I was under the impression by the description the entire home was ours without others on the property. I’d put that in the description I felt under comfortable with the men on the property. False advertising ”
