“We had 7 visiting for an event at the convention center the house was close to downtown plenty of food nearby and its nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Parking is tight but the spaciousness of the house makes up would definitely stay here again.”

“The house is comfortable for our family of four to stay in. My 17+ years old kids each has a room of his/her own upstairs so they can have privacy. My husband and I stayed downstairs. We did not need to buy _anything_ for our stay, unlike our previous stays in other places. Location is very short drive to downtown. Restaurants and coffee places is less than 10 minutes drive away.”

“My wife, three kids, and I stayed at the property in May and had a wonderful stay. The house was in very nice condition and was clean for our stay. The neighborhood felt safe and was quiet, even though there are some questionable houses on the street. All in all we would stay here again.”

The owner, Debbie, is a top-notch host. We highly recommend this property. You will not be disappointed.”

“We had an occasion in Indianapolis and needed a place to stay to accommodate the family. We had adult children, a mother in law and other adult family members. The house was spacious and was able to accommodate the variety of family that came. It was a short stay but we appreciated the coffee pods and ample seating. The backyard was nice and the gas fire pit was lovely. The house is nicely done and the neighborhood was safe. We all enjoyed our short stay. Thanks.”

“Cute home, had everything we needed. Loved that it had extra towels, toiletries, coffee pot. Communication with manager was very easy and fast. Could use a new set of pots and pans and some mixing bowls and maybe a few extra seats. Overall super happy with it and would book again! We enjoyed it!”

The hosts communicated well, comfortable beds and big backyard. The overall cleanliness of the house did not meet our standards and lacked curb appeal.”
