Lots of noise from children in the halls, elevators and mechanical. TV was broken. A very dated hotel that needs an upgrade. But the restaurant was very nice.

Our stay at this hotel was very comfortable. Staff is very attentive, anytime of the day or night. Hotel is located near downtown Guasave, few blocks from the mercado where you can find from fresh cooked Mexican food, clothes, fruits, home goods, make up, hats, anything. There is an OXXO at the corner. Laundry service was great!

It was clean not enough towels. No hands nor wash towels. We got there around 5 pm very hungry. Restaurant was closed for an event. Very disappointed! This hotel was very far away from the 15D Freeway. It was a run down hotel. Staff need to work on their people skills. We ask for restaurants suggestions and they didn’t know much. Will never again stay in this town.

The only thing i had issues with this hotel was the key. I had to do activate it everyday. Other than that my family and I had a good stay.

Safe area and hotel. Big clean rooms and clean restrooms! Excellent restaurant and bar. Free parking on site! Many restaurants and shopping mall around. Beautiful night club just across the street

The service is very good and the housekeeping its on point. The only thing that its not good is having a room with a connecting door, you can hear everything that is happening in the room next door... conversations etc so not much privacy

The hotel is in downtown Guasave. There's a casino on one side and a restaurant on the other side. Comfortable place to stay in.

Being the only hotel in town, there are no options for a better stay. The hotel is outdated and the rooms are empty of any decorations... bare minimum only. Clean bed, very little lighting. Good enough for a one night stay when you simply need a place to sleep and shower.

Great location, close to downtown, but far from Carretera 15 to be a quiet neighborhood. Good seafood restaurant just around the corner. Awesome experience.

Hotel is nice and well-located (center of the city) but lacks many amenities such as a blow dryer, ironig board, iron and drawers to put clothes away in. Water pressure is excellent therefore taking showers was very relaxing and enjoyable.

Room was good but very bad odor coming from the sink. Hotel has no air conditioning so you walk in and it’s freaking hot up until you get to your room. You have insert your key for the room to power up so you can’t leave your room ac on. Temperature was in the upper 90’s so it was hot and muggy and not having AC in the lobby of the hotel and hallways made it even worse!!

I did not like the hotel because there was no coffee daily; only one day. Same with the toiletries. The sink have mold, there was no place to put clothes except for the closet. I do not remember seeing any magazine or book telling me about the place stay or surrounding areas. Remote control did not work well; could not change channels. TV had not very many channels sometimes no reception at all. Customer service was not very friendly, but they were very professional. Etc....
