The house is located five minutes from downtown Gulfport where you will find restaurants, cafe's, coffee shops and night life. A short walk to a public park . There is a large front porch with table and chairs for four as well as a grill for cooking out while enjoying the gulf breeze or overlooking the 200 year old Spanish live oaks.
The living room has a great view of the porch with plenty of natural light - there is a leather couch and two leather reclining chairs along with a 42 inch flat-screen TV with Netflix. Spend your time enjoying a movie or conversing with your guests.
A well-equipped kitchen features a 4-burner electric stove top and oven, cooking utensils, Keurig coffee maker, blender, pots and pans; dishwasher and microwave. The dining room is located next to the kitchen and offers a 100 year old French country dining table that can seat six.

Whether you’re interested in relaxing on the beach, trying your luck at the casino or enjoying fresh, local seafood, you’ll be able to do it all while staying here!

There is central Air Conditioning and heat throughout the house.
