“The property itself, layout etc was brilliant. We had a chalet right by the river, which was fabulous. The park is in a great area for travelling into the City, only 15 minutes walk to the station.There were some broken items in the property; couple of handles missing from the unit the TV was on but nothing that affected us day to day.”

“Overall, our stay in the hotel has been quaint and relaxing. It’s surprising that there was free coffee in the lobby for people living in there. The room was pretty big and the view was great with a canal and trees. The environment around the hotel was safe. Despite the fact that the washroom and the bathroom were separate, it was brilliant that they have provided enough towels and shower gels. The island in the living room was convenient for cooking as well. ”

"It is very difficult to find connecting rooms in the city, but this hotel has them. The staff are okay, and the room is extremely comfortable, especially the bed, which is exceptionally cozy. The view is beautiful, and the location is very convenient, right next to the Eurostar train station. There are no slippers, comb, shower cap, toothbrush, or similar amenities in the room. They do have shower gel, shampoo and a hair dryer.
Overall, it is a very comfortable hotel."
