“My family loved this house. It is only a couple minute walk to all the shops, restaurants, and bars, but it is far enough away from the action to get a good nights sleep. The house is very clean and looks newly renovated, but they thankfully kept the character of the original construction. Most rentals are bland like a hospital room. This house has a charm and warmness that feels much more like home. -lots of new clean towels-new washer/dryer with detergent -comfortable beds with solid pillows...

“Perfect size for a couple or small family! Stocked very well with anything you might need, coffee, tea, spices and condiments, including fresh baked chocolate chip cookies upon arrival. Very clean and the bed was comfortable. Close to the historical area of St Augustine with lots to see and do. Great place to return to after a long day of sightseeing. We would definitely stay again when in this area and would highly recommend to friends and family. ”

I called the property manager and after 3 phone calls and his full voicemail, he finally called me and told me my reservation was cancelled!! “This property was very very clean and spacious feeling. We loved staying here. Property had a large fenced in yard and a great front porch with comfortable rocking chairs. There is also off street parking at this location. Beds were very comfortable and felt new. This two bedroom also had a large bathroom with laundry facilities, a beautiful eat in kitchen and living room and was very nicely decorated. Property was secured with deadbolts and coded entry making us feel safe and secure. Location...
