Bad parenting, good hotel
Overall, a good stay. There were a bunch of kids staying when we stayed and they were running up and down the halls after 11pm. Very thin walls and ceilings. Staff was exceptional though! Really enjoyed talking to the night desk staff! You must eat Patio 44 if you come here! (:

Everything was wonderful Only disadvantage is road noise due to close proximity to freeway-but that is why we picked it. Earplugs & an extra fan took care of that.

Very good as usual.
Extremely comfortable and modern. Breakfast was a bit disappointing as some choices were depleted before 9 am and not restocked.

My experience was good! I was traveling alone, and when I arrived I had been assigned a room on the first floor. I wasn't comfortable with that, so I went to the desk to request another room. The staff was very helpful and accomodating by moving me to a higher floor.

I give this hotel a 10/10. The check in was quick and efficient. The hotel property, lobby, and room was very clean. We rested well when here. The breakfast was very good. They offered many hot options for breakfast. We will definitely be staying here again when we are in town.

Very nice hotel.
Hotel is very nice and clean! Staff is very friendly, helpful and courteous. One of the cleanest rooms I have stayed in. It is conveniently located in the middle of town, and right next to the interstate and up the street from the university. I very much enjoyed our stay, and will definitely stay here next time I choose to stay in Hattiesburg.

The hotel is so clean, bed room basic but very comfortable,extra large and nice bathroom, very nice staff. In a n area that is adding new businesses. Not a lot of close restaurants but Mug Shots was very good. Great bed! Good breakfast.

Other than the coffee tasting burnt, the stay was quite pleasant. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great restaurants close by. Didn’t try breakfast, but bed was comfortable and it was quiet.

Nice place, looks new. Very comfortable. Seemed to be a roundabout way to the motel, not very clear-without our travel GPS would not have found it. Pool was not open. Fitness room was nice, some treadmills, hand weights up to 35 lbs, towels. Nothing to wipe down equipment and could use a fan

No AC = no sleep
Our stay was horrible. The AC was not working, there were no other rooms to move to. They brought us 2 box fans that were covered in dust. The bathroom floor didn’t look like it had been cleaned. They offered us free snacks, which we didn’t want or need. I wouldn’t stay here again.

My stay at tje hotel was excellent, but your website gave false information. My primary reason for goung was for the pool. U promised my grandbaby a saltwater pool and the pool has never been opened. This was not advertised and i really would like to request a refund.

Disappointed by new hotel
The room was not clean when we checked in. Food on floor, hair in bathroom, toilet not cleaned, mirror and counters dirty. There was no cleaning during our 2 night stay. No cleaning of room or restocking towels or coffee. No taking out the very full trash can. Food was left in refrigerator from previous guest. Pool was closed even though was advertised to have a pool.

It was close to USM and it was very quiet. Was fairly new and clean but parking wasn't as close as we'd like. Returning at night had to park in over flow lot plus it was raining. But great stay otherwise.

The breakfast was amazing! The staff was very friendly and helpful - especially the person who was working in the breakfast area. Rooms were spacious, very clean and incredibly quiet. Would definitely recommend this property!
