The property was amazing, the view was incredible, had washer and dryer, parking was easy and you could walk to get coffee, groceries, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Would come again!!!

Nice place and location to stay. Comfy bed, plenty of space, ocean views. No AC but the fans help. A bit out dated overall. Easy communication prior to checkin with all info needed.

Everything was broken (furniture, the stove, the lockbox, screens) and this is the only condo in that community without shades/blinds - it was 110 degrees inside with no relief. No rugs or bath mats, the Traffic noise was deafening.

The view is seriously the best part of staying here. It was absolutely stunning! For that, I am ok with the amount of money I spent. Good location; close to the beach. A beautiful Pool and hangout area! The only bummer about our stay here was the overall cleanliness. If the place was cleaned properly, I would have been much more comfortable. The moment we got there we went to grab glasses of wine to enjoy the view and one of the glasses in the cabinet still had stains from its previous use! I also found a few hairs on the top bed sheet. We ended up not using it since it had freaked us out a bit. We didn’t mind sleeping without a blanket though since there’s no a/c and the breeze from the beach kept us cool. I recommend this property to find a new cleaning company because the one they have now is not doing there job properly.

The view was amazing. Had everything I needed. But stove was broken and the garbage disposal didnt work. I constantly had to plunge the water ou with my hand. It was in a good location.

Needs air conditioning. The cross breeze helped but in order to get the breeze you had to leave the doors and windows open. There was a lot idle street noise. Also, the fans were old and needed replaced. They rattled terribly. The view of the ocean was amazing and very close to fantastic beaches.

Property was as described. View was amazing. Pillows and mattresses were very comfortable. There was not enough towels available and a privacy blind would have been great for the balcony door. Listing does state there are ceiling fans, no a/c but it wasn’t bad and we like it cold.

We were not able to access the property because Travelocity agents were not able to get in contact with the property agent. Agent emailed access instructions after an hour of attempting to get a hold of her. The email with the instructions was sent arnd 3:30pm on May 5, 2022, on our arrival date. We had a 5pm sunset dinner cruise to attend and our flight was abt 8 hours long! We needed to get ready for our cruise that we paid $500 for. Thankfully a Travelocity agent was able to secure us a room in a hotel room next to the property. The agent from the property was not apologetic nor understanding of the situation. We were forced to booked last minute hotels in Maui for our duration of our trip inducing unnecessary financial burden.

Awesome condo
We extended our vacation and found this condo last minute. The condo was perfect for our family of 4. The kids loved the pool and shuffleboard court. We watched the whales from the balcony every morning while having our coffee. The condo is very clean, comfortable, and well equiped. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect spot for Kapalua
Awesome spot for a couple. Condo had some unbelievable views. The complex has everything you need, nice pool, laundry, shuffle board, outdoor grills, etc. to make your stay enjoyable. I had a small issue trying to get the tv to work but the communication and help was seem less and quick. Only issue, the condo WiFi is weak. I was unable to stay connected out on the balcony which is only 20’ from the wireless router. It would’ve been nice to sit out on the balcony to check emails and such but it didn’t diminish my stay at all. I recommend this place to anyone!!

The location is great. The complex is very nice, the grounds are very well maintained. The condo itself is a little old and tired. The bed was very uncomfortable, I think it is time for a new mattress or at least a mattress topper. They also need a wine stopper. Not all bottle have screw caps. On the rare occasion we do not finish a bottle of wine it would be nice to put it in the fridge for the next day. If we make our way back to Maui we would stay here again

Outstanding view but a bit noisy
The view from the apartment is fantastic. We were able to watch whales and sunsets every day. The property is well maintained for the age of the property. The king size bed is comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked; plenty of glasses, plates, etc. The internet tended to go down almost every day but was easy to reboot and connect. The unit does not have air conditioning which would be fine as there is a nice breeze most of the time except for the bedroom is adjacent to the main street so it was considerably noisy (as the windows are right above the bed) and there was a lot of ambient light in the bedroom and the entire unit. The patio doors do not have locks on them and one of them is very difficult to slide open.

Excellent in every way! Fabulous sunsets every night from the deck. Huge ceiling fans kept the rooms comfortable. Well appointed kitchen with everything needed to cook in if we wanted. Great parking, quick elevator, lovely pool area with lots of outdoor seating options. Everything we hoped for!

Great view, but needs upgrading and cleaned up.
I sent this once but I guess it didn’t go. We loved the view! And saw lots of whales as we spent most of our time on the patio, we are elderly so we spend more time than most in the unit. We really felt the unit is in need of a upgrade with painting and new cushions on sofa and chairs very worn. Definitely a new bed there are stains all over the mattress, and the mattress pad was full of stains and had not been washed for a long time. Some of these things can be fixed easily with a little more time and thought in cleaning, which is very important to us and I’m sure lots of other people. So no we would not rent this unit again, but would look into another unit on this sight which has been updated and cleaner.

Outdated condo with phenomenal views
We stayed here during our Hawaii vacation. We stayed on multiple condos on multiple islands. This was unfortunately a let down compared to the others. Below is our feedback: Pros: 1. Wonderful view with awesome sunsets 2. Close to farmers market and fish market 3. Well equipped kitchen, however no local touches. The last VRBOs we stayed on Hawaii we got fresh island coffee or island treats Cons: 1. Appartement was dirty upon arrival. Had to re-clean the floor and kitchen 2. Guest contact was unfriendly in communication and unhelpful 3. Loud road noises during night 4. Mattress is quite outdated and not comfortable 5. Loud renovation work most of the days 6. Only one beach chair for a 2 people apartment 7. Safe did not have working batteries

Our new favorite tropical home away!
Comfortable, close to everything we needed, clean, great pool and sun deck. The view from our 4th floor unit was looking straight out into the ocean. We watched turtles swim right off shore and listened to the breezes making music in the palm trees. We’ll definitely be back!

Fall in love with the sunset from this property! Great location!
This is a beautiful property, right on the ocean. We really enjoyed the sunsets from our lanai. When we arrived, the weather was hot and humid, which caused white little ants to surface in the unit. So, the only problems we had during our stay were little ants all around the unit and lack of air conditioning. And, I must say that Karla is a superhost. She responded very promptly to our questions and needs. She stopped by to give us more ant baits and other household amenities, which certainly helped during second half of our stay. Thanks again, Karla, for hosting us!

Great View but Needs TLC
Property has great potential but needs some attention, very old and dated. Mgmt should have warned about the probability of pests if any dish is left in the sink. Seeing roaches really impacted our desire to love this place and made it feel dirty. Great location, luggage cart, deck and fairly well stocked, no corkscrew and no response after requesting one. Felt like we were truly on our own which was good and bad in this case.

Unit 415 gave us a great whale watching vantage point with fantastic sunsets. We appreciated the luggage cart available at the entrance, the elevator and parking being easy and available. There was a spot of construction going on near the waterfront at the resort next door but we were out or away most days so it wasn't a big deal. We found the unit well equipped, roomy and very functional. The BBQ's worked fine and proved to be a great place to connect with others staying at the complex. We also appreciated the grocery store, beaches and restaurants within a very short drive (2 min) and Lahaina just a bit further down the road. In the end we had a great week there and agreed we would love to have stayed longer and most certainly would stay there again.

For the Money - Could be Better
We stayed in Lahaina in the beginning of December. The apartment is in a good location, clean and well stocked. However no coffee or tea was available, that we typically have had free of charge in other VRBOs. The apartment is very in-personable, which we thought was a reflection of it being owned by a company. It is not a bad choice, but we thought a tad bit expensive for what you get.

The unit was exactly as shown in the photos - fabulous ocean views with palm trees swaying in the breeze. We really enjoyed staying near Lahaina and wouldn’t change a thing. Amazing Sunsets
Condo was very well maintained and the views from the lanai were amazing! Close enough to all amenities, we had a jeep so we explored the area. It is a shame there is not a nice beach right beside the condo, but easy enough to drive to lovely beaches. Bed was comfortable, but pull out couch was a bit uncomfortable (havent come across one yet that is nice to sleep on). Check in & check out was easy & stress free - thanks!

Fabulous view, lovely apartment
The condo was lovely - tidy and clean, modern bathroom and kitchen, everything you need. Comfy bed for us, and the fold out bed was perfect for our young daughter. The view is stunning - exactly as the photo shows!!!! Karla, the host, was fabulous - quick to reply via email and super helpful. There aren't a huge amount of restaurants around so hiring a car is a very good idea. (Free parking on site!) There are limited shops (including an ABC store!) close by (walking distance). The main area of Lahaina (where all the shops, restaurants and activities are) is about 10-15 minutes drive away. Well worth a visit! The complex is super quiet, which we really appreciated. All in all, a fabulous apartment and a great location.

AMAZING!!!
The pictures did not lie!! The views are actually even more beautiful than the pictures if you can only imagine. We enjoyed the most amazing sunrise and sunsets from the comfort of our condo. Karla, our host was great, very quick to reply when we reached out to her. Our trip was short so we didn't get to take advantage of the pool and other amenities but the condo itself was quite sufficient for everything we needed. The condo is also down the street from a farmer's market and a couple of convenience stores and less than a mile from a major grocery store. Thank you for such an amazing experience...I will be back!
