It Doesn't Get Any Better Than This!
After reading the reviews, I was skeptical that this place would be up to expectations, but it actually delivered! We thought we couldn't do any better after 2 glorious weeks at Westin ORV, but Stan was able to allow us in early (no waiting around between vacation spots) and the suite was wonderful - fully stocked better than our kitchen at home! The view and surf are amazing of course, but having all the amenities AND some peace and quiet away from all the people Maui tends to bring, now THAT was worth every penny! What a fantastic way to unwind after all the site-seeing around the island! And thank you Stan for allowing us to stay a little longer at the end so we wouldn't be homeless for too long before our late night flight. My wife really didn't want to ever leave!

The best honeymoon getaway
We couldn’t be happier with our stay! Stan’s place has the best view you could possibly ask for. While the island has much to offer, some of our most memorable moments during our trip were sitting on the lanai every morning watching the whales and drinking our coffee! The location was safe, clean, private, and absolutely perfect. If you’re reading this review - just book this place already.

Stunning View
This is a beautiful property that is directly ocean front with unobstructed viewing. The unit was clean and fully updated and had most kitchen items except a cocktail shaker and a pasta strainer if you plan to eat in. Honestly we loved staying there and can't wait to go back. During whale season, which we were there for, you can watch them from the lanai, absolutely stunning.

Ka’anapali studio
This was an excellent property with a fabulous view! We could see whales out every morning and just steps to the beach and a lovely beach path. The kitchen was well equipped, and the studio was very efficient and functional. We enjoyed our stay greatly, and would definitely consider coming back again. The owner and the property manager and office staff were all friendly—fabulous! The cabana with the pool and hot tub was clean, and lovely!also. Overall just an outstanding place to stay!

Great location and wonderful place to stay!
My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was wonderful. The check-in process was easy, the room was clean, and the location was wonderful. The facilities at this place are great, we went in the hot tub and pool every night we were there. It was also convenient that they had a washer/dryer (coin operated) on almost every floor. I would highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful view, great location
We enjoyed our stay! We were gone most of the time during the day because the rest of the family was staying nearby. We would come back and have a nice place to relax in the evenings and leisurely mornings watching the whales. Perfect!

Maui Kai | Perfect Place For A Beautiful Stay In Maui
My wife and I visited Maui for the very first time and we could not be more pleased with our stay at the Maui Kai Condo. The studio condo was beautifully furnished with everything we needed for our time in Maui and the ocean views from the Lanai are amazing!! The Lanai is literally no more than 15 feet from the ocean!! Plus, the condo location is perfect and close to everything we wanted to do on the island...dining, hiking, shopping, sunset cruising...even the Road to Hana and the Haleakala Sunrise was very doable with an early start from Maui Kai! Times Supermarket is located right across the street from the condo resort and a food truck park is within a few minutes walk from the condo. There was plenty of safe parking and lastly, the condo owners were extremely nice and personally very attentive before, during, and after our stay! We truly could not have been more pleased with our stay at the Maui Kai Condo!!

It's like being on a boat without the rocking
Absolutely love this spot. You can't get any closer to the ocean without getting wet. The condo was decorated beautifully and well stocked with everything we needed. I plan on returning someday.

This property is so close to the ocean if it were any closer you’d be in it! Beautiful view of the waves, dolphins, sea turtles, and surfers as well as two of the islands. It was a perfect walk to Dukes and Whalers Village down the beautiful pathway.

Great little condo right on the water with beautiful view. Clean, pretty and well stocked. Small pool and hot tub for building was in great condition and very convenient. Grocery store a short walk away. Easy access to boardwalk. 5 min walk to Duke's, 30 min walk to Whaler's Village. Easy check in and check out with good communication. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great Condo
Great location, beautiful view! This was the best stocked condo we’ve stayed in. Every utensil, appliance, etc was there…even binoculars and laundry detergent (unscented…thank you!). We enjoyed our stay very much and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

It was our first stay in Maui, and we couldn’t ask for a better one. The condo was clean and stocked with everything you’d need, the beach was just a short walk off the lanai. And the view from the room was breathtaking. We watched sun set every night. We were also surprised by the cabana by the pool that had a game room for all ages and full kitchen, which is very convenient if you want to cook by the pool after a long day. Thought I’d mention that because I look to reviews to help book my stays. Over all we couldn’t ask for a better place to stay (: thank you for having us we will be back!

The condo is amazing. Don’t wast your money on snorkeling excursions. You can snorkel right next to the condo. We even got to snorkel next to a pair of turtles. We got to see dolphins and turtles from our balcony in the morning.

Great location at north end of Kaannapali Beach with walking access to food trucks, grocery, restaurants, and not far from whalers village and Lahainna (my spellings may be off). property is clean and provides fantastic ocean view and easy access to all West Maui has to offer.

Except for the shower leaking into hallway. Told management they wanted to come in and fix it w installation of shower stall. I told them we w fry floors to leave extra rags . Then bugs were coming into apt . It was time for exterminate anyways . It was a fun time .

Lovely Stay
We had a lovely stay at this condo and it made the perfect place for our first visit to Maui. The condo is right on the beach/water. It’s very convenient to basically anything you want to do in Maui- Haleakala, Road to Hana, Front Street, most any beach. We’d stay here again.

Perfect Stay
No complaints.. not a one. Property was perfectly clean, location was awesome - lovely beach next door, in close proximity to other great beaches. Food truck lot 100 yards away or so was great for quick meal. Everything we needed was there, just a great stay at a reasonable price compared to what I think are gouging local hotels in same area. Even saw a whale last evening before sunset - in May, when all whales supposed to be gone. Thanks so much, hope to be back!

First Time to Hawaii-Empty Nesters Delight
We loved this property! Hubs and I are finally traveling without kids and loved our first time visit to Maui for nine days. The grounds are beautiful and the condo building is in great shape; super clean. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool area with a great cabana that included a full kitchen inside and outdoor BBQs with covered seating. So peaceful and quiet, we didn't see any young kids during our time. The studio amenities are top notch; Stanley and company have thought of everything! Fully stocked kitchen, coolers for the beach, lots of hangars, super comfy king bed, beautiful interiors, and binoculars to watch the whales (we enjoyed watching them on two different days!) We sat on the lanai every morning but it did take us a bit getting used to people walking by on the boardwalk at eye level but within a day or two we just embraced smiling and saying Aloha to passersby. The communication during reserving was stellar and checkin was a breeze. We would without a doubt reserve this unit again.

Perfect location, outstanding accommodations, everything you need in the kitchen to cook your own meals. The view from the balcony is perfect for whale watching and turtle spotting along the shore. Access to the beach walk allows you to take in three miles of coast on a walk. A supermarket is minutes walking distance, snorkeling location 9 to 13 minutes away, or right out in the back of the unit. In the evening, don't forget to pull the blinds passersby can peak into the unit, not a big deal. Be careful with the bed posts, I kicked them several times and it left a good reminder of Maui, lol. We used the grill several times, and I was impressed as to how clean and in good working order they are. The pool area is very clean and the pool house has all the amenities you need to enjoy the outside all day. Great place, we can't wait to return.

Ah Relaxation!
We stayed here for 3 days in March. The condo is perfect. The location is great. We were able to watch whales from the lanai, soak up some sun and meet really nice people at the pool, and have some great meals within walking distance. Condo has everything you could possibly need: super comfy bed, beach items, well stocked kitchen, and plenty of parking.

Exceptionally equipped with great waterfront views of whales, turtles & dolphins!
We loved everything about this property because it was exceptionally equipped with everhing you could ever need in the kitchen, great waterfront views for whal, turtle and dolphin watching. You really can't get any closer to the water... Almost feels like you're on the water . The only slight downside is you won't have complete privacy because there is a walkway in front of the ground floor lanai where people pass by from time to time. Other than that, this place is awesome.

Wonderful place!
The place was amazing! The location was great with lots to eat and things to do all near by. The beach was just a min walk a door down and the pool was also great! We are not big on eating out all the time so we loved having the kitchen and it had everything needed for us to cook breakfast and dinner. We even grilled steaks on the bbq by the pool for dinner one night. With the amazing view you have right there at your fingertips it seemed silly to even go out for a nice dinner. Definitely would come back, highly recommend!

Owner has thought of every detail with this gem!! Next door to a very nice boardwalk that parallels beach. We ate EVERY MEAL on the lanai watching ocean and thanking god for this vacation. We saw turtles every day on the lanai. We WILL be back!!

We were really satisfied during our stay at this condo. Very Beautiful and romantic place to stay. Walking distance to the beach. Pool and Hot tub very well maintained property. Our condo was very clean, remodeled and updated furniture. The decor and design were spot on for beach theme. It had all the appliances one would need (kitchen, microwave, fridge, A/C, Beach chair, towels, beach bag, coolers). Definitely coming back again to same place. The communication with the owner was on time in response and very friendly. Even the staff at front office were helpful and changed our towels when we asked for on the same day. Very close to town, shopping, coffee shops by foot or car. Overall a great place to stay for a couple with ocean view condo with all the amenities needed to stay at this condo.
