“What better place to read a biography of Marjorie Kinnan Rawlings, than on this front porch? We loved the song birds and walking in the cemetery. The property was so close to downtown Micanopy, Payne's Prairie and Gainesville, that day trips were easy and relaxed. We had everything we needed and the house was clean and well tended. We hope to return.”

“Great little place and worked perfectly for us and another couple as we were visiting our kids at UF. Even had the girls come and stay with us for a night in the third bedroom, had a movie night and ordered in. Great location, close to campus, shopping, etc. Very clean and convenient. My only suggestion is a couple more pans to cook, if you are looking to cook, we only found one saute pan and one sauce pan. Host was responsive, neighborhood was quiet and safe.”

“The cabin nice and clean with everything you need. We stayed over at Thanksgiving and we had all the pots and pans we needed. Cris was easy to get it tough with. The guard gate and check in process was super smooth. This cabin has a large driveway, unlike most others at the camp. We could fit out boat trailer and 2 cars.”

It wasn’t a short drive to Gainesville commencement activities but it was a very easy drive so that was not a problem. We rented the pontoon boat and enjoyed time on the lake.
