“There were several different types of bugs all over the apartment, especially in the kitchen. Tiny bugs under the floor mat in the bathroom. ”

“Overall, my husband and I were very impressed with the property. We have stayed in more than 20 different short term rentals in Gainesville over the last decade, and this one is the cleanest and most comfortable we've ever come across. I have asthma that's triggered by mold, and this is the only place we've rented in Gainesville that didn't cause me to need my inhaler constantly. It also has proper furniture and not cheap Ikea junk that you find in most rentals. We'll definitely stay here again……

“Stayed for a friends wedding and this condo was a 10 minute walk from their house, and with all the shops in the town center, we had everything we needed. Unit was very clean, bed was very comfortable and the patios were a lot of fun to sip coffee on in the morning. X”

“This condo was very dated and dirty. It needs a complete remodel. We were greeted by a dead roach upon entry and everything was rusty and mildewy. The digital lock was finicky and it would take us multiple tries to get in every time. We were there with friends who stayed in other units which were very clean and updated so I would stay in a different unit if we were to go back. Location was good and we loved the pool area, dock, and grills. Docks were recently redone and are nice. Community is……

“This condo was in the perfect location for an easy walk to and from UF campus. Response from the property manager was excellent, timely, and offered assistance when needed. Nightly rate was phenomenal in comparison to other lodging around and I would book this condo again in a heartbeat over everything else in the area!”
