Amazing Stay!
My family and I had an amazing time at the Chattahoochee River House 1. It was centrally located and walking distance to the magical Helen area. The place was sparkly clean and the property management team was very attentive. Overall, 10/10!

Great long weekend
The condo was very clean and within walking distance to town. The property has easy access to the river which we sat by every afternoon and watched/talked to the tubers. The management company was super nice and handled some of our issues with professionalism. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful condo
This apartment is spacious and immaculate. The location is perfect being right on the river. Beds are comfortable. Perfect for doing laundry, grilling out and relaxing. If you are staying long term, there is no great place for your clothes like a drawers in either bedroom. Only the closet. Also wish we had a toaster as well. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Cozy and Cute
Very quite nice place with plenty of room.The 2.5 baths came in handy. Easy access to all the fun. Pretty Creek on back side of Condo. TV's have Roku with all the Apps. Very Clean!! Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location, beautiful property!!
The only issue we had was the timing of the locks being off and we couldn’t get in right at check in time. Other than that everything was amazing!!

Perfect location for Oktoberfest!
This location was perfect for the Oktoberfest festivities and the size of the unit was great. Both bedrooms had their own full bath and there was a half bath accessible to the living area. The front porch was perfect to enjoy the fall weather and leaf viewing.

Riverside Wonderland
If you enjoy fishing the river this place is perfect. The Chattahoochee is within 30 yards of the back of the condo. You are also within a 5-10 min walk from everything in town. they have everything you need and feel right at home as soon as you walk in. My unit was very clean and tidy, I have no complaints there. Just open the door, let the breeze blow through and enjoy yourself

Great stay!
This was the perfect location for walking in downtown Helen. Beautiful backyard view. It was very clean and was perfect for our family of four. We loved the Christmas tree and decorations that really added to our experience. With very young kids just watch out for the glass fireplace cover that can get very hot when lit. We had the perfect stay and would love to return!

Clean! Comfy! Close to city! But no working fireplace!
We were a small group of ladies looking for a fun times together and wanting to enjoy the Christmas season! This townhouse seemed like the perfect spot! Helen is so beautiful at Christmas and the location of this property is a short walk to downtown and looks over the river! So beautiful! This home was spotless! You could eat off the floor! We met the housekeeper when we were leaving. Crystal and her team were friendly and do a wonderful job keeping the home super clean and comfortable! We also enjoyed the beautiful Christmas decorations- including a fully decorated tree! However, the two fireplaces listed in the description were the TOP reason we choose this property! We wanted to play Christmas music, sit by the fire, and enjoy each other’s company. Neither fireplace was operational our first night. When we contacted the maintenance number provided, we were told that the propane had run out and there was nothing he could do that night. In the morning, we called the property manager. This time, the maintenance person came to the house and told us that there was propane , but that the pilot lights in the fireplaces had not been lit for the season. So he would do that for us. But he could only get the fireplace in the bedroom operational. The one in the family room was not operational. The one we really wanted! When we called back the property manager, we asked for some type of concession since the fireplaces were the reason we had rented the unit. She said she’d contact the owner and get back to us. We called her back 4 hours later, and she said that the owner said there would be no concession (absolutely none!) since it was out of their control that the fireplaces didn’t work. They didn’t even apologize! Considering that we were first told the unit was out of propane and then told the pilot lights hadn’t been lit for season (and it was December), it does seem that this issue should have been discovered and rectified before our arrival. Also, there were a few people that entered the unit above ours. This unit and the one above it “share” a foyer. You can clearly hear the noise of the other occupants entering their unit and walking/talking above because of this shared foyer. It was somewhat annoying. On the plus side, if you had a large group and were renting both units, it would make for a wonderful open house because of the shared foyer! The home is clean, comfortable, close to the city. We would visit again.

We visited Helen the end of November and everything was excellent! The location was perfect and the rental was in very good condition. The only issue was the fireplace in the living room was not working, however they came out immediately and tried to fix it. It was a part that had to be ordered. We enjoyed our stay along with the beautiful views.

This place is clean - actually one of the cleanest condos I’ve ever rented. It has comfortable beds. It’s spacious and has a washer and dryer to boot!! The view of the river is awesome. It’s quiet, yet within walking distance to everything downtown. Plenty of towels and other supplies. Nice big kitchen. Would definitely recommend.

Great condo on the river
This 2 BR, 2.5 bath condo sits right on the bank of the river. It is within easy walking distance to all the best restaurants in Helen. We didn't spend much time in the condo, but when we were there it was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. It is very nicely furnished and "comfortable" to stay in. We also found the management to be very responsive to our inquiries.

This house fit all of our needs! It was close to everything in town, but away from most of the hustle and bustle of the main drag through Helen. House was very clean, everything worked great. Nice that we were right on the edge of the river and could dip our feet in it and watch the tubers floating by. Would book this house again!!!

Overall, a great stay. There's only a couch in the living room area, no recliner. It was shown on the pictures. Sofa had one reclining side that didn't operate properly. Not comfortable for three adults. Best part about this condo is the location. Easy walking distance to restaurants, shops and attractions. And a nice screened porch overlooking the river to enjoy your coffee in the morning.

Pros: Clean property and conveniently located. Great entertainment watching the tubing crowd from the screened in porch. Kitchen is pretty well stocked for dishes and pans, but could use a baking sheet. Cons: Bedrooms could use a dresser and the living room could use a chair. Otherwise, this is a great property.
