Summary:
Enjoy this spacious second level two bedroom apartment with just a five minute walk to downtown. Located in the heart of the Rodney Arts District, you are just one block away from the closest local bakery, two blocks from the local theater and pub, and a ten minute stroll to the nearest trailhead.

The Space:
Enter through the common entry and head up the stairwell to find your apartment. Each bedroom is very spacious and one has a private ensuite bathroom. There is plenty of room for a group of four.

The Neighborhood:
Just minutes from downtown Helena in the Rodney Arts District.

Other Things to Note:
Quiet hours are between 9pm-8am.
Please pick up after your dog.
This is a second level apartment with an interior stairwell to the front door.

Pretty OLD
We have stayed in other units that this mgt. company manages. This one, by far, was very disappointing. First off you have to climb steep stairs, only to get to the top and there is no landing. I think that is a code violation.? We entered the unit, and it just felt old, the showers were updated, very well done. The floors all slant, not a big deal for an old home. Carpet in the bedroom, gross. Kitchen no dishwasher, so hope that all the dishes are sanitized. We had a local over for dinner, and she states that the area is a bit sketch. So our overall was not a good stay. We had to park on the street, which is kind of annoying, consdering this neighborhood is a bit sketchy. I would not stay here again. It is very close to downtonw, so if that's important, this is a good location.
