“I don't know where the people stayed who left your glowing reviews, but it was NOT at this establishment. Front desk was closed at 10 when we came back from a movie so we couldn't get any kind of help. The phone number on the receipt was disconnected. “We loved the cottage and the neighborhood. We really appreciate being able to take our pet with us and the considerate puppy towel and baggies. This cottage doesn't allow pets on the furniture which is understandable. There is an additional fee for cleaningi if pets get on the furniture. Consider bring a kennel. I would love to stay here again.”
