“Communication with host was not great. Initially responded to a question I had, then when asked another question we did not hear anything back. There were shower towels, but no hand towels or face cloths. It was good for a one night stay as we were just there to sleep, but for longer stays there would need to be more towels. It mentions that it sleeps 6 people, we had 5 but there wasn’t extra pillows for the person having to sleep on the futon as well. There is a side door that we had to enter……

“Unfortunately we weren’t able to stay here as the check in link we were provided did not work. We were unable to reach the host by text, phone, VRBO messaging or through VRBO agents from 4pm on, the day of check in. We had advised the host when we booked that we would be arriving late, and when the check in link would not work prior to our arrival, we attempted to contact the host several times during our travels to Okotoks. We weren’t contacted by the host until12:45pm the next afternoon.We had……
