“Nice clean property close to gruene”

“This is a great tiny house to stay in. First off there’s not too many tiny houses that offer a king size bed that is not up in a loft area. With the king size bed in the room it is a little tight walking around, but you’re hardly ever in the room anyway. The kitchen is very functional if you need to cook or do anything like that which I do and it was great. Would sit on the outside patio do a little bit of work sitting outside and enjoying the evening. If you’re looking for a nice little weekend...

“very clean, very nice, would recommend a sign near street to tell people cottage is near. Also add Depot Cottage to listing name instead of near downtown. Very easy to get to downtown. Peaceful and very quiet. Bathtube water temperature is backwards, hot water is blue not red as it should be. I would recommend it to friends and stay there again.”

The only thing I would add to the apartment we stayed is blackout curtains. The sun and noise from the east side was a bit annoying. The rooftop pool has a beautiful view of the river, we enjoyed it the most. ”

“The property and area were first class. I wish the pool would have been open. It seems that its in a lawsuit and the pool and restaurant area is closed. It may open this summer, but according to other homeowners they were unsure if it would even open at all this summer. Future guest may want to look into this if you are wanting a pool to go too.”
